I'm not sold on the better audio of the Bose. The only time where I thought it was better was looking straight at the camera. No solution is perfect though. I'm a little disappointed about the video quality of the Owl, I was hoping for a bit better but I think that overall for informal meetings or at ,east meetings that dont have a presenter, the Owl is the best solution
For those of us expecting 10cm individual close mics, the audio on these devices is painful. Room tone is a sign that no one cares or has sufficient funding or knows enough to get good audio. There's no cheap, one piece tool that will do this well. Like there was a 55 foot expando production truck cabled out back. Don't let this be the new, acceptable video norm. Want more from your productions.
