@settlinginaustralia Hi there, Thank you so much for your incredibly informative video. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into sharing such valuable insights. I'm German and I'm currently 34 (turning 35 at the end of January), and I’ve had a deep connection to Australia ever since I spent two years backpacking there at age 20. I’ve missed it dearly ever since. Unfortunately, I don’t have any formal higher education (aside from my A-Levels) or a trade skill. Over the past 12 years, I’ve been traveling the world and volunteering wherever a helping hand was needed. Now, at 34/35, I’m looking to settle down and would do anything to establish roots in Australia, specifically in Perth, where my brother has been a permanent resident for several years. I was wondering if it’s unrealistic for someone at my age to pursue studying a trade, such as becoming an electrician, or if there are still opportunities for me to make this dream a reality. I’m eager to take the necessary steps but would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice you could offer. Is there a possibility for me to achieve this, or should I reconsider my options? Thank you so much for your time. Any response would mean a lot.
