Gerardo is one of the very few flamenco guitarists in North America who knows how to accompany por fandangos really well because of his extensive experience and a good chunck of his life he spent being part of the Agujetas family and living in Jerez de la Frontera during the 70's. It was truly an honor to reunite with my Vancouver flamenco family and to have been able to share and experience this common love together once again!
