  • There is no greater joy than being able to make your own pasta. It's super easy and once you have the basic dough down, then you can make all different types of pasta. Today we made a lovely walnut and ricotta filled ravioli, served in a brown butter sage sauce. Simple, but so so tasty.

    never seen the filling method... can the ravioli still seal well enough if there's filling between the layers where you separate them?

      Hi! Yes it works! Just make sure to gently press down in between each space!
