It's been over a decade I ate boiled peanuts now you make me want to go for some. When I was back home I was a fan of boiled peanuts especially the ones they hawked on the streets because of how delicious it was. I think it's preferable on the medium part. I don't like anything that is overcooked... makes it lose its nutrients. Never tried banana with boiled peanuts and doesn't seem a bad idea at all. Should be given a trial.
