SALUTE TO A GREAT, A LEGEND, A GENIUS !!!!!!
This was very lovely. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for reciting Maulana as well. The truth about life does not change over time. Alas, we are bad students of our intellectuals. We have been bleeding for many years and will be for the years to come.

you said it....Peer-e-Rumi (Allah has blessed you)
oh God that's half urdu and half persian, thanks a billion for the subtitles.
sub'haan ALLAH, ........ "moman ki faraasat se daro, wo ALLAH k noor se dekhta hai"....
بسیار زیبا بود من به عنوان یک فارسی زبان افغانستانی از این گفتگو لذت بردم.
I have read other poets and scholars+philosophers but Iqbal is the best poet ever born, the best poet in the history of mankind.Unlike average poets he did practically what he wrote.Iqbal said Khudi ku kar buland{you must yourself go to the heights, trust none but Allah and your own self, stop bowing to creation, bow to creator and do everything using ur own muscles and brain}.
Jazak Allah friends for you comments, feedback and suggestion they are invaluable for us...
Please make the effort on you part and share these efforts with your friends as well. Also, If you think that you can help us then please join us by clicking the JOIN US link from the DISNA homepage.

i aM proud of our afghan poet mawlana jalaludine balkhi there is no such a good sofi poet like him in this world
He is a Muslim not afghn he never said he was Afghan that shows he had no interest in your nationalist mindset.idiots
Only a true genius could come up with this masterpiece.
Subhanallah....May Allah be pleased with the excellent and inspiring work done by Sir Allama Iqbal (R.A).ameen
thaks alot brother
it was so inspiring
persian is excellent language ,we indians should learn it alot to understand iqbal
hasan ali rana wa kia bat ha
Thanks AllamaMIqbal for this video.
Never seen such a representation of Kalam-Iqbal before !!!!!!
The narration is superb, hardly seen before in the context of Iqbal.
The pages turn fast and do not leave enough time to see the translation of Maula e Room's response.
What a contribution Allama Sahib made, and what a contribution the makers and the "posters" of this work have made now !
There is no earthly reward for such endeavours !!!!! Jazak Allah.
“Yabancı bellemeyin beni, ben de bu ildenim,
Sizin vatanınızda kendi yurdumu aramaktayım,
Her ne kadar düşman gibi görünsem de, düşman değilim,
Her ne kadar Farsça söylesem de, aslım Türktür benim.” Mevlana ...
great work!!
can somebody explains to me the following lines ?
Iqbal:
I am at a loss to know the puzzle
of free will and determination
Rumi:
Wings Bring a hawk to Kings;
Wings bring a crow to the grave
It means that your actions are like wings; they carry you either to a good end (in the King's Court (Allah Subhanawata'alah) or to a bad end (spiritual death i.e., the grave)
Thank you so much for the video.
Suban Allah
I want to say heartly thanks to you for sharing such a wonderful gem.

DEAR BROTHER ITS REALLY INSIRING SPIRTUAL DEBATE BETWEEN ALAMA SB AND MULANA RUMI R.A ,,,,,,ITS REALLY HEART TOUCHING AND THINKABLE POETRY IN ORDER TO UNDERSATND THE HIDDEN TRUTHS OF LIFE .THIS IS THE REAL SPIRUALISM AND THIS IS THE RIGHT WAY TO UNDERSATND OUR EXISTENCE .
MAY THEIR SOUL REST IN PEACE IN HIGHEST RANK OF THE EDEN AMIN
wowo nice yeh sher hain mawlana jalaludin balkhi rumi from afghanistan
Very nice balkhy and lahori
Dear brother there is no translation here. This is the thought of two great Muslim thinkers. Remember that Hazret Mulana was much earlier Sufi and Scholar. Even they lived in different times but still they had same way of thinking, which is the right way.
VERY VERY DEEP POETRY SO BEAUTIFUL LOVE IT
Hazrat Allama Muhammad Iqbal was spiritual disciple of Movlana Jallaludin Rumi ( Rahmatullah alaih) So he is talking here in imaginary scenario with Peer e rumi.. and Yes the Persian pronunciation of the reciter is full of mistakes.. Now a days we don't have very many Persian speakers in Pakistan
SubhanAllah it took me a real world
ماشاالله
خيلي خوب لست الله شيخ رومي و مريد هندي را در جوار خود مكان ومقام داد
What a good combination. it must be made after a complete study of both Poet and Seant. Thank you DISNA.. for adding and sharing such a great Advise of Rumi in Lighting Iqbal's poetery.

I really dont understand the depth of the message :( I wish DISNA produces intermediate level of courses as well, or I really wish Zaid Hamid produces his own detailed Iqbal series just like he had under BT program

Halal does not translate to honest living. Halal is in essence an honest living in accordance to the Islamic shariah! To act in accordance to the law given to the holy, pure, perfect, and infallible Prophet Muhammad (SAW/peace be upon him)!
.
He said Halal, not honest living. Please change your mistakes.
Subhanallah
afarin ,,,,
Wonderful.
Long Live Great Persia and Persian culture lovers!
It is islam you fire worshipping nationalists
allahu akbar
I don't understand why these videos of Rumi have to turn into a ethnic, nationalistic, fascist arguments. Who cares if he is this or that or from here or there. That is besides the logic of Rumi. The love of God all mighty has no ethnicity, nation or race. We are all brothers in Humanity. So please stop this nonsense
The Ego is a veil between humans and God’.”
“In prayer all are equal - Rumi
Sumerian King Very very very true.
Rumi Rahmatullah alaihi and Allama Iqbal are people of heart, Dear, if you do not grasp it as it is than remain silent is in benefit to all humanity, wallahu alam.

Are you guys sure about the Farsi pronunciation? I suspect a few words are pronounced right.
Anyways a nice contribution!!
Wah
wonderful, but the rumi voice's farsi pronunciation is quite poor (and sometimes wrong) - detracts from the awesomeness of it
Nice
