    Kairiche Panhe is a traditional Maharashtrian drink. As kairi or kachha aam is available in summer, this is summer special drink. After roaming around in hot summer day, this drink will help you to cool down and refresh you. This is very simple and easy authentic recipe. We already have seen 2-3 recipes of kairi panhe. This is yet another delicious addition to the list. In the Marathi month Chaitra, kairichi dal and panhe is must. Haldikunku is celebrated in most Maharashtrian homes to celebrate the homecoming of Chaitra Gaur. Let’s see this awesome recipe. You can drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 3 Kairya / Raw Mangoes
    • 1 cup Gudh
    • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
    • A pinch of Salt (Optional)
    • Water
    Method:
    • Wash kairi really good 2-3 times with water and dry it.
    • Make a slit in each kairi with the help of knife and steam it in cooker on medium heat for 15
    minutes. Make sure there is no whistle.
    • Take it out into a dish and take the pulp out with the help of a spoon.
    • For 1 cup pulp add gudh and mix well. Let the gudh melt.
    • You can decide the proportion of gudh according to your taste and choice.
    • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
    • You can add a pinch of nutmeg powder if you want.
    • Strain the pulp through a sieve and pulp for making panhe is ready.
    • You can store the pulp in a glass jar in freeze.
    • It has shelf life of about 3-4 months.
    • For making panhe take 2 tsp pulp in a glass and add salt, water.
    • Adding salt is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
    • Mix well and panhe is all ready.
