My salute to Mr. Basavaraj Malagatti sir. I would like to share my personal experience with him when he was a DCP in bangalore, I don't remember the year but i still consider him as a very honest officer. I was working in a Hotel by name 37th Crescent as Front Office manager, I received a call from our hotel MD , he said one DCP sir is coming to our hotel u take him to the Chinese restaurant and take care of him. I did what I was told to do but the most surprising thing was before sitting he said I will sit here only if u promise me that u will give me bill for what ever I eat. Those GOLDEN words are still in my mind. Long live Malagatti Sir. We wish to see honest officers like u in the future. God Bless you and your family.Malagatti saab Zindabaad.

The incentives such as good words of appreciation, encouragement have always benefitted even lazy subordinates to work hard for the good of the society. The story of the old farmer whose land was restored and who gifted Rupees fifty, which was reciprocated with a joint lunch, gave such a wonderful heart rendering experience worth remembering. This narration is so nice to watch and wish similar trend prevails in the Department. Certainly Shri Malagatti is an asset to the Department, the Society, the State and the Nation.
