WOW, this could not be more beautiful. Colouring in just the one Cosmos make a very dramatic and elegant look. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent Yana.
Yes, Yana, as someone commented below, "perfection". I've said it before and I have to say it again, you are without a doubt one of the best teachers I've come across (and trust me, I watch a ton of paper crafting tutorials every single day, trying to absorb as much as I can). I wish I had teachers like you when I was in my youth, being one who struggled with concentration. It's not the qualifications of a teacher that is important, it's whether or not that teacher has the ability of explaining things in a manner that their students understand, especially those ones who struggle with learning. I truly hope there are many 'good' teachers out there for our youth because it is such a sad thing when a young person has no self confidence, which can last the rest of their life. Thanks so much Yana!
Thanks so much for this video. This card is beautiful, as is your work. Thanks for explaining about the tooth. I love that it's not a white background. The colour just pops.
Thank you Yana, I really appreciate the help you give us Card Makers with our colouring skills. I will certainly have a go at this technique, I will though need to look in my stash for a large background stamp that is suitable or purchase one if I haven't got anything. Thank you for sharing this with us crafters. :O)
I love my polychromos pencils. I’ve had a hard time with alcohol pens because of my arthritis (taking caps on and off is hard on my hands), and I learned that I can use mineral oil to blend the colors, rather than the stronger blending solutions. Also, you can use a watercolor ground on any paper to create a “tooth”. These pencils are not wax based - they are oil based, so they don’t burnish as much as wax based pencils. I love them almost as much as my watercolors. Almost. 😁

This is so, so pretty! But simple enough that I'll have to give it a try.

Absolutely gorgeous card, Yana! Embossing the flowers in Platinum really makes the single colored bloom pop!
