I noticed with mine that sharp turns hurt my ankles. It may just be my ankles are a weird shape but I had to take them back and buy a new pair due to them bruising my ankles

I would move up half size. Usually i take 44,5, for those i would go for 45.

@@tarunsinghbhandari2414 yes definitely mine are still in fantastic condition and my others lasted about a year so I would say they are durable enough ye. It also depends how many times you will use them a week because I use them 3 to 4 times a week usually
