hi! what is beast for a losi 5 t? flier 400 a or ztw 300a? i have 300 beast before and power button stuck at power off.. i used normal xt 90 and they make spark a lot.. after that i didn't put on the ground even and it burned with a big flame... so what do you think to buy? flier 400 or ztw 300? thanks a lot i eai your answer!

Just to confirm the plug you soldered on for anti-spark is a (XT150) 6mm bullet connector or 8mm bullet connect connector? Both 6mm and 8mm bullet connector seems very tight to solder with 6awg wire because the opening of the connector is small. I have a dbxl-e 2.0, at the moment I have a leopard 58113 870kv motor with the hobbywing max 5. The max 5 is starting to go out and I need a replacement. I was thinking of the flier 400a r-snake version of this esc. At some point, I also want to replace the motor with a TP 5870 1100 KV. ( Not that there's any thing wrong with the leopard motor). Would the flier 400a esc be able to handle the tp motor? Is the flier 400a esc reliable? A little more about my dbxl-e 2.0 1) In it's current build, it weighs 37 lbs (16.7kg) 2) Aluminum diffs and mounts front and rear. 3) Pro-line mx43 badlands 4) Aluminum rear braces 5) Aluminum steering knuckles and hub carries 6) 18T pinion, 46t spur
What motor would u recommend to pair with this flier esc I have a 530kv leopard motor and a 700kv leopard motor they both seem to run pretty hot on 12s is the sss brand any better?
It’s weird because on 12s my 530kv is slower than my old set up on 8s it doesn’t run that hot I think if I put a fan too it I could potentially gear it up
Different lipos only cause my Old set up was on 8s and this one is 12s same lipo brand tho same output just really sluggish feeling on 12s for the 530kv idk why

ok this esc has anti spark liitle plugon the esc and i buy anti spark plugs for battery AS 150 7 mm gold conector. and my motor is rocket 70120 motor 620kv. pinion 17 19.. so what do you think? it should work? i don t want to have that bad experience before with ztw 300 a who burned.. and the on of button doesn t work properly... i hope it will be ok. i wait your answer thank you!

I just got this and I’m having steering but no throttle or break

Avoid tp motor it is need to much Amps
For me with this weight , at least 16s and 500kv 56123 SSS motor it will good with your Flier ESC

If they are hot check out your gear ratio maybe to high ?

The gear ration is 29/47 it’s in a kraton 8s running 12s

You can choose with or without BEC, unfortunately for the moment the bed is only 5V. For the rest yes of course you can run your motor with this.
