Kinda reminds me of the interstellar theme. Can't say I'd have the guts to put something here for the world to see so many props to you. I can't improv well either, but I have some ideas that may help. As your building up the melody, try using octaves on the right hand and maybe use some half/whole notes to add a little more depth. Still good though, keep playing.😎
Oh, thank you! Coordinating both hands has been quite a challenge, given my limited practice with such mechanics. It’s proven to be difficult, but I’m confident I’ll see rapid improvement soon. Half notes, however, have been particularly tricky-I suspect there’s some algorithmic thinking required that I haven’t quite grasped yet. I’ve never taken lessons before, and I’m 4 months in. I’m using this as a neurological exercise to explore the benefits of learning without formal instruction. If you have any tips on using these constructs effectively, I’d be very excited to hear them.
