Omg its scary awesome how quickly you transformed into Lydia 😮 ok, you have to try some of her (Winona) other characters. Well, you don't have too, but it would be fun!
When I watched your garments in 2020 video, which I found searching for vintage sewing videos, my first thought was - she looks so much like a young Winona Ryder! And here you are dressing up like her in Beetlejuice! Awesome.
I think you look more like a young Sherilyn Fenn (circa "Twin Peaks" era) than Winona Ryder, but you are definitely gorgeous in your own right! Fantastic cosplay and tutorial!
@5:15 Lydia had the goth version of big eighties hair as Beetlejuice came out back in '86 even though most folks think of it as a 90's movie. I think BJ was ahead of its time. Lydia Deetz was the first goth I ever saw who wasn't in a music video on MTv, but in an actual studio released movie.
I'm not even really into this kind of stuff by default, but this was really cool. I'm a middle age man and sometimes beer drinking buddy but this was really cool. I was sent here for a reason. If nothing else, to just plain say hello. This is new material to me but now if I encounter any lady needing sewing advice, I'll definitely send them to your channel. I may even learn more than just how to hand sew a button or a simple patch. Your channel is about to school me on how to make clothes!!! And the fact you actually like Beetlejuice is a plus. Be willing to bet you probably also know Dead Calm and The Quiet Earth. This is waaay cool. 🖖✌👍
I’m a pretty chill mom of two adult kids, but even I might sigh a little of one of my kids went full Lydia Deetz or Edward Scissorhands for hair. I cannot imagine how uptight, image conscious Lydia’s mom would react if she actually cared about her kid.
Wow you really have a great resemblance to her
Brilliant! And never fear… if you have tiny humans you need less makeup to achieve the “exhausted human” look
True! 😂 I’ll stick to makeup 😁💕
Or work nightshift lol

I should! Maybe the chick from Edward Scissorhands?

@@LizVonVillas oh my God yes please!! 😍

You resemble winona allot even without make up so this looked really good.

Wowwwwwww!!!!! What a great match of Lydia.
They should have used you as her daughter in beetlejuice 2! You're gorgeous! I'm jealous of how alike y'all look
Perfect!! The look turned out great!
Thanks a bunch! 🖤
Wow you look so much like Rose McGowan!

Wow! I did NOT know it came out in the '80s. It was definitely ahead of its time! Cool, thanks for sharing!
@@LizVonVillas Yeah I thought it was awesome at the time. BJ and Edward Scissorhands were very ahead of the curve.
Amazing! But tell me why you give me actual Winona ryder vibes?! 😍

They’re definitely statement styles! Especially Lydia’s! Thanks for watching! 🖤
Whoa. That. That is uncanny.

😂 had to take advantage!
@@LizVonVillas Well, like, yeah. Totally! {sorry, was briefly a Valley Girl in grade 9...}
I can’t believe after all that time between beetlejuice 1 & 2 she didn’t update her hairstyle 😂
It’s a movie of the 80’s. 1988. Late 80’s but still. ;-)
💯❤️❤️
Winona Ryder looks like Milly Bobby Brown in that look.
It was 80s actually 😂🤦♀️ you tried
Yep, I learned afterwards! What did you think of the makeup?
@@LizVonVillas Really good. I'm using it this Halloween. Thanks 😁
Great job 👏🏻
Thanks!
