Wow! I had no idea these shows were aired in Ireland! It was really cool to see you guys singing along and even reminiscing to things that defined my childhood....now that's not saying i'd actually rewatch most of these >< So you're way better than me because i just cant' stomach them anymore though i loved them as a kid/teen lol. Awsome vid!
TabbyAngel2 omg right? or family matters? honestly sttw was probably the worst of the TGIF lineup but all those shows were great! i'd trade all the reality garbage tv shows for one whole night of decent tv shows like we had back then. PS super stoked about girl meets world! :D
TabbyAngel2 no kidding huh? what i'd give to have just one night back to having sitcoms run. tv is so shit now you're lucky if there's one show to watch on any given night. what cracks me up is people that whine about laugh tracks on 'em. it's like all the sudden a whole bunch of people on the internet never saw tv before 2005. xD
Let me get this straight. Americans suck at commercials, sports, savory snacks, holiday treats, cookies, candy bars, and sodas but we do something right (like these T.V. shows), and it's not "American Shows from the 90s" but "Shows from the 90s"? Ah, feck it--I don't actually care. I'm just bitter because I'm a self-centered, petty American:D Y'all have beautiful accents; either way, I'll keep watching:)
***** That's true, I was just being bitter:P Though they're so critical of OTHER American stu-- oh, never mind! I'm not trying to start a fight, I love this channel:D
Keely Newson me too but you made a good point. maybe it's just an irish thing like they assume it's so over the top that people will assume it's a joke. ie like how bad they react to american food.
I had no idea so many of these were exported to Ireland. Fresh Prince I can understand, but I'm surprised something like Saved by the Bell made it overseas.
ikr? I remember when i was on a harry potter forum and talked about Fresh Prince and nobody knew what I was talking about. so i thought the show wasn't popular enough to be sent over, so i let it go. fast-foward to several years later as i watched a whole audience of brits sing along to the theme song. i was like, o-O
"He had too many spells cast on him so they didn't work anymore. Eventually he was just hanging out with the cat." Idk why that made me laugh so hard. Poor Harvey. Haha.
I grew up with these kinds of shows. Fresh Prince, Malcolm in the Middle, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Teenage Mutant 'Hero' Turtles (Ninjas was considered too violent a name) etc. the list goes on and on. The US and the UK are like the ONLY countries in the world that produce decent television so everyone else buys them up to show on their stations. And I say that from experience. Go anywhere else and all you get are bad soap operas and 'how to paint you boat' type shows. Ireland has Fair City and The Late Late show. It's dreadful. I'm a huge fan of American shows like The Sopranos, The Wire, Breaking Bad. Awesomely Game of Thrones is partly filmed here in Northern Ireland which is badass. It's become a big tourist draw now. Instead of people thinking 'God, the weather is shite' they can think 'Awesome, I am in The North' Winter is Coming!'
+Kevtb87 I remember when I visited Italy, I tried to watch the Italian television shows.....but that just didn't work out very well. Like you said, a lot of random soap operas that are poorly produced and poorly acted.
+Hailey Niskanen De La Puente Yeah but it's probably too much effort to translate them properly, it's one thing to show in the US with Spanish being our second language but I don't think there is a huge market for shows that speak Spanish or Portuguese.
Shawnie Ellis this'll make ya feel better....maybe i used to know an old (ironically) irish lady who used to say "age is only a frame of mind and it doesn't matter if you don't mind" she also used to say "i'm 27 but i'm dyslexic"...she was a lotta fun haha. me? i always say don't let your age dictate how you have fun. and never let your inner child die cuz "once you stop believing in santa claus it's all downhill from there" :/
I'm now going to have the image of a ginger-headed irish girl mouthing the 'Prince of Bell-air' in my head for a long time. Probably the rest of my life. I had no idea THAT show was transcontinental.
I was like 5 years old when Cheers was still new in the 1980s and I still loved it! Cheers is my favorite TV series of all time! Show the Irish some 1980s TV shows (including Cheers!). :) I also loved 80s cartoons but that's no surprise, I'm sure. :P Show them 80s American cartoons too!
Fresh Prince was a regular prime-time network comedy, not a teen comedy. I loved the hell out of it when it was on. Some brilliantly funny stuff with a solid cast and a "star" (Will Smith) who didn't insist on being the focus of everything. Nothing ruins a program more than a star with an over-sized ego. I think I'll go look at some Fresh Prince clips.
This video just gave me an idea. Somebody get a hundred balloons, a loudspeaker, a metric ton of glitter, and a bandit mask, and meet me in front of the mall. Come on, Jimmy!
Oh God, I remember so many of these shows!! Funnily enough I think "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" has aged the best of them all, whereas when I was watching it in the '90s I thought that it wasn't going to age well at all. But I was force fed "Saved by the Bell" and found it atrocious, and not even nostalgia wants me to go back there, but I was meh on "Kenan and Kel" but now feel a nostalgic pull to the show. Oh, and I enjoyed "Sabrina the Teenaged Witch", though my original pull to that show was actually because I had been a fan of stand-up comedy since I was about ten and I loved that Caroline Rhea was in it. She is super funny, BTW.
Roflmao when they sang the Fresh Prince theme song... "My life got twisted upside down"... Irish accents + rap = the funniest the thing ever! Also, I don't think this channel is all about bashing America at all... I haven't gotten my little feelings hurt yet.
The Fresh Prince of Bellaire always confused me when I was little because the only Bellaire I knew was part of Houston, known for being where all the Asians live.
Coolio had a cooking show on the internet. Cooking with Coolio, it's HILARIOUS. He measures spices in dime bags and shit, he had backup dancing hos sometimes. It's fucking epic. There are a few episodes here on youtube, he made a LOT more, he might even still be doing it.
Lol I was expecting them to not have seen these shows but than after saved by the bell I remembered that most of the world watches American mass media lol
I used to love sabrina the teenage witch. I took me awhile to realize all of people in different outfits in the beginning credits was melissa joan hart.
It would have been more interesting if they had never seen the shows before. Them knowing the lyrics and plot lines just kind of shows us that we've had similar television experiences, which isn't all that fun.
"Mr. Bell-Ding. I just got that now."
Omg, I'd never noticed that! Do I ever feel like a moron now.
We didn't know that either. These guys just blow our minds with their knowledge... Only the best for Facts ;-)
pinkysworn Same here... Belding. Bel-ding! Of course!
pinkysworn My jaw is still on the floor. I can't believe I never realized it until right now lol
+pinkysworn Me too!! I watched this show religiously and I never caught that!!!!! I was probably to distracted by my drooling over Zach and Slater!
+pinkysworn HheehehEHEHEH

Truer words can't be truer.
+Trunks Brief *truest
Ryan is just a miserable, anti-social, SOB.
I had no idea who ryan was till you just said it 😍😍
@@ExUSSailor I don't think he is. I'd get along w/him. I like people who are brutally honest like me.
I love these segments with the Irish doing anything really lol.
Seriously! they could react to types of lettuce and I'd be excited! 😜
lol me too :)
I watch all these shows back in the day, thanks for the flashbacks
Totally welcome, thanks for watching!
+Facts. omg u comment too?
"I used to tell people that Keenan and Kel became OutKast. A lot of people believed me." SO fantastic.
Damn it now I want to watch all these shows again
You say that like it's a bad thing? We're confused! :P
fresh prince of bel air is on nickelodeon at like 1am
Erika Juarez lmao exactly what I said

OMG I totally loved "Sabrina" and "The Fresh Prince". Two of my favorite shows when I was like ten, then they stopped playing them as often.
I believe they play the Fresh Prince of Bellaire (sorry if I misspelled) on Nick @ Night around 10:00 PM EST
No Control Oh really? Cool, thanks.
Nina McLona You're welcome :)
I know this is old, But Sabrina is on amazon prime too ;)
SABRINA THE TEENAGE WITCH WAS MY SHIT
Mine too but the college years had a better song
Cheyenne R same here, easily the best show there 😂
hilarious that being "jazzy jeffed" is a slang term in Ireland hahahaha
The couple are so perfect for each other.. they both can sing all the theme songs!
Kenan & Kel and Fresh Prince
Best Shows Ever!!
Yass
True... so true. Love Kenan & Kel!
I love the redhead. She is awesome!
ikr
Red head women are my one weakness ;-)
+Heidi Varner I think her name is Laura Byrne
Wow! I had no idea these shows were aired in Ireland! WHERE'S BOY MEETS WORLD :0
TabbyAngel2 omg right? or family matters? honestly sttw was probably the worst of the TGIF lineup but all those shows were great! i'd trade all the reality garbage tv shows for one whole night of decent tv shows like we had back then.
PS super stoked about girl meets world! :D
TabbyAngel2 Boy meet world was not big in Ireland. If you where a teen in the 90 these where the shows you watch
adventc really? You guys missed out :0
TabbyAngel2
no kidding huh? what i'd give to have just one night back to having sitcoms run. tv is so shit now you're lucky if there's one show to watch on any given night. what cracks me up is people that whine about laugh tracks on 'em. it's like all the sudden a whole bunch of people on the internet never saw tv before 2005. xD
Kewl Beans you're so right! If only a time machine existed to bring us back to the good old days :p
Oh man the memories!!! Loved growing up in the
90's.

Keely Newson i was actually kind of thinking something similar.

Keely Newson
me too but you made a good point. maybe it's just an irish thing like they assume it's so over the top that people will assume it's a joke. ie like how bad they react to american food.

lol that expression always makes me laugh. but yea the leather jacket dude is always smiling too much to figure he's not just goofin. xD
Keely Newson Sports.... Excuse me, sports?
I can't stop watching these vids I love these guys
I had no idea so many of these were exported to Ireland. Fresh Prince I can understand, but I'm surprised something like Saved by the Bell made it overseas.

SpamWarrior3000 it made it to mainland europe too! :')
we had it in australia as well.
I won't admit to having a major crush on the guy holding the orange soda at the end of the video..
But you just said it now...ah fuck it I don't even know anymore
Yeah, he's super cute. I need his name for research and *looks away* more research 😍😍😍😍

I loved Sabrina the Teenage Witch!!
"He had too many spells cast on him so they didn't work anymore. Eventually he was just hanging out with the cat." Idk why that made me laugh so hard. Poor Harvey. Haha.
It's so good to see Ronan in these videos! 😚
They knew these shows. Does Ireland play American shows?
All the time.
I grew up with these kinds of shows. Fresh Prince, Malcolm in the Middle, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Teenage Mutant 'Hero' Turtles (Ninjas was considered too violent a name) etc. the list goes on and on.

+Kevtb87 Spain, Argentina and Brasil (and sometimes Mexico) also produce really good shows.
Irish people react to Mary-Kate and Ashley movies would be amazing!
Will Ashwell those were the best!
I want them to watch the episode of their show when they took over the Navy. There was a song about lunchboxes. I watched that episode all the time.
Full House!
Childhood please comeback to me. Adulthood is a lie and I'm quite upset about it. Lol.
Shawnie Ellis this'll make ya feel better....maybe
i used to know an old (ironically) irish lady who used to say "age is only a frame of mind and it doesn't matter if you don't mind" she also used to say "i'm 27 but i'm dyslexic"...she was a lotta fun haha.
me? i always say don't let your age dictate how you have fun. and never let your inner child die cuz "once you stop believing in santa claus it's all downhill from there" :/
Aww this makes me so happy!
"i use to tell people kenan and kel turned into outkast" hahahahhah
I DROPPED THE SCREW IN THE TUNA!! Loved Kel.
I'm now going to have the image of a ginger-headed irish girl mouthing the 'Prince of Bell-air' in my head for a long time. Probably the rest of my life. I had no idea THAT show was transcontinental.
Grew up with fresh prince, Malcolm in the middle, That so Raven, Full House etc
Absolutely in love with your channel haha ...
He literally said "Cooluu" ctfu 😂😄😃😂😄😃
I was like 5 years old when Cheers was still new in the 1980s and I still loved it! Cheers is my favorite TV series of all time! Show the Irish some 1980s TV shows (including Cheers!). :)
I also loved 80s cartoons but that's no surprise, I'm sure. :P
Show them 80s American cartoons too!
Steve C We've (Irish People) already seen Cheers, not many people like it over here. Me included. No offense.
EdgeSeventeen No offense taken. Everyone has different taste. :)
You guys are awesome!
I love all these shows,still.xD
One of my favourite Irish people watch haha
Fresh Prince was a regular prime-time network comedy, not a teen comedy. I loved the hell out of it when it was on.

I think I'll go look at some Fresh Prince clips.
ireland's 90's were in the 00's so these shows remind me of my childhood even though they were off air for years by the time i watched them.
Full house! Can't believe they forgot Full House 👏🏻😩😂
This video just gave me an idea. Somebody get a hundred balloons, a loudspeaker, a metric ton of glitter, and a bandit mask, and meet me in front of the mall. Come on, Jimmy!
Nicolas? Nicolas! Why? Where? Nic- Nicolas, why are you measuring things in metric units?
Aw, here it goesď

I remember when Sabrina was shown on Friday nights. My mom would let my sister and I stay up and watch it before bed. I always loved Salem.
I still remember every word to the Fresh Prince song and I haven't watched it in years.
"She's in Showgirls." LOL, how could anyone forget?
kel is not dead he's on this show on Nick
I was waiting for the opening to All That!
Roflmao when they sang the Fresh Prince theme song... "My life got twisted upside down"... Irish accents + rap = the funniest the thing ever! Also, I don't think this channel is all about bashing America at all... I haven't gotten my little feelings hurt yet.
Toda mi infancia ahi 😍
I can't believe they did this and left off Blossom!
It's 2016 and I still watch saved by The bell 😂😊
Nostalgia for this 32 yr old!
"I didn't know ka Lou did this" lmfao
The Fresh Prince of Bellaire always confused me when I was little because the only Bellaire I knew was part of Houston, known for being where all the Asians live.
Jaclyn Elizabeth if that trips you out my mom used to live in beverly hills....florida! lol
+Jaclyn Lizzi The distinction is that it is not Bellaire it's Bel-Air, a rich-ass neighborhood in LA.
+Jaclyn Lizzi The distinction is that it is not Bellaire it's Bel-Air, a rich-ass neighborhood in LA.
WHEN COOLIO WAS IN LONDON HE DID A STAGE DIVE AND THE CROWD MOVED AND ROBBED HIM!!! LMFAO!!!

I’m 14 and I’m so proud Ik these shows and omg Kenen and Kel and fresh prince of bell-air was the shit
I thought wed see them watch part of an episode not just the opening then talk
Finally whoever makes this gave them quality stuff unlike every other episode and they do not put our name on it.
I love the 90's;)
"these lyrics are way better than I remember" hahahahaha
I used to watch all of these
Love the redhead woman, have her it everything. her expressions are priceless and adorable
The fresh prince is so popular over here we sang the theme song as we ran in the army.
"A wayward basketball shot is seemingly enough to get you run out of Philadelphia" truest thing ive ever heard
Sabrina The Teenage Witch! I loved that show!
It's amazing to me how people in other countries are so familiar with our TV and we hardly know anything about theirs.
You guys ever wish that you had Zack's power to freeze time??
Fresh Prince is my fave out of the ones they showed here. :)
finally they get the actual stuff we watch
Lol I was expecting them to not have seen these shows but than after saved by the bell I remembered that most of the world watches American mass media lol
cuz 90s sitcom r the BEST! !!!!
2:16 I. I just feel in love with the wicked beautiful red haired girl.
they finally liked something american and the dork that uploaded this video forgot to mention these shows are american in the title. lol figures
All of the kids were teens on the show. They might be a year or two older than they played. (And Diamond (Screech) was several years younger)
My childhood!
I'm dieing lmao.
I swear The FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR is the Best THEME song of allTime
The red head is awesome. I'm in love
Cool that somebody knew that James Avery was the voice of The Shredder.
Cheers
My mind was fucking blown when he pointed out Mr. Bel-Ding
Good points dudes, Jazzy Jeff is a fine Hip Hop and Nu Soul producer.
Jazzy Jeffed lol. I'm stealing that one.
Everyone in the Facts. videos have the most gorgeous porcelain complexions. Not at all pasty. Beautiful.
2:32 funny thing is Kenan, Kel, Andre 3000 and Big Boi all went to Tri-cities High school in Atlanta. (Different years of course)
Sabrina the teenage witch is still shown on rte😂😂
I was actually just going to comment this...
Most of these are still on RTE some time around the year
I miss half of those shows the other half i am glad are gone.
That red-haired lady is so beautiful!
Yesss Kenan and Kel is the best! And I love All That too
