Great footage of an amazing aircraft! I am a 15 Tango UH-60M helicopter mechanic currently serving in Afghanistan! Thank you waylandchamber for this to show everyone such a great bird! I've seen on another post people questioning whether this is a UH-60M. One very distinctive feature that solidifies your title that it is a Mike, is at 3:08-3:21 you can hear the screeching of the rotor brake which is exclusive to the Mike model! Also the step fairings, foot holes on the side right behind the cargo door, and absence of the high frequency antenna that would be running along the left side of the tail cone, and the main rotor blades have down-turned blade tip caps called anhedral tip, and last but not least a folding stabilator which isn't exclusive but still a feature of the mike! Also at 5:07 the crew chief is disconnecting the batteries in the nose compartment. Again thanks for a great video :)

This video is flatter then the pancake I ate this morning
it is pretty good and it has to have more stuff to it like backround.
I can't believe how fast those rotor blades stopped turning
The Blackhawk has a rotor braking system.
Nice 👏 power helikopter so good ..👍
Is this really a Mike variant I thought Lima has the exhaust nozzles backward and Mike has those upwards?
thats what i thought than saw blades and heard the rotor brake and looking at the step farinings it it is indeed a mike or modified L
This variant exhaust not "М".
