an old family friend was a DEA chopper pilot... plenty of stories from many countries if i can remember them right. he inspired me to follow this path, along with my AF veteran Dad. after retirement, he taught folks how to chopper. one day it didn't go as planned... kid lived, he didn't. I miss DUSTOFF Medevac, spent my first 2 years in the US Army at 507th Medevac at Ft Hood! Cavazos as a 15T. Learnt so much as a soldier there. ❤
