And Ohtani is an injured pitcher playing and almost won a batting title and a triple crown this season.
Juan Soto really has been a MAJOR pickup for the Yankees! He was great in his first World Series in 2019 and now he sends NYY to their first one since 2009. The time is NOW for Judge and this Yankee squad to finally be back on top again
Happy for Juan Soto. I can’t believe the Nats let him walk because they wouldn’t give him the offer he deserved. Thanks for a great season, Tribe! With a 1st year manager, 4th youngest roster and 6th lowest payroll in all of baseball, can't help but feel proud to watch them reach the ALCS. Hopefully Bieber comes back and they add some additional talent to the rotation in the offseason.
California native living in Europe and huge Yankee fan i watched this in the middle of the night. This game was a nail biter. The Yankees have punched their ticket to the World Series and after so many struggles in years past have finally made it through since our last appearance in 2009. This is our year at redemption bring #28 home. YANKEE NATION
The Yankees SHOULD win the world series. They have by far, the best team in baseball. They have the Dodger's slugging with great pitching to back it up. If the Mets get to the WS, they might get swept, so I'm rooting for the LA Dodgers for a longer series. But as for the actual results, it won't matter who shows up, NYY have the huge edge.

I said it at the beginning of the season. I'm a Cubs fan. This is the most likeable team in baseball. Give Cashman his credit. He did a great job over the past few years.
I can’t believe we’re going to the World Series. I was jumping all over my living room yelling and cheering the last few innings of game 5. But when they won I could barely even move or speak… what a treasure to watch that final inning as a life long Yankee fan thru the 90s and 2000s. I still vividly remember being 7 years old watching them win in 96. And of course the 3 in a row following.. and I can’t believe 09’ was 15 years ago. I wish my dad was here to see this.

Or the Yankees willing to spend
This was a great game from both teams. Congrats to Yankees.
This year's WS will be epic!!! NYY are truly 'Giants' this year and the series with the Dodgers or the Mets will be one for the ages. Congrats Yanks! The playoffs this year have been awesome.
Sox fan here. Congrats to the Yankees. Glad to see a player like Judge go to a WS.
Looked like 1998 alcs mvp Davis Wells which has his 1998 start on MLB channel
Juan Soto a great guy, too. I chauffeured for him when he was with the Nationals. I have a picture of us somewhere, and I have his autograph. Really chill, good dude.
I need that signed baseball
Yeah cool story bro. I got one with him and Robles coming to my gas station playing wiffle ball lol
@@bryancorts5389 Wouldn't be surprised. Cool.
Let's GO YANKEES!!! I'm loving this . Stanton, Soto. Judge . Rizzo. The awesome pitching ? FANTASTIC
The Generational Juan Soto.
born to win j Soto 💪🏆
Soto is a career .284 hitter with no speed or defense 😅 so many Soto glazers and fan boys in this comment section
@@MC3-ui6wx Soto is your nightmare, that's why you cannot sleep at 5am
@@erasmo84lmao you just annihilated that hater. Well done! GO SOTO! GO YANKS!!
@@erasmo84so cold bro 😂😂😂
The Yankees were so unbelievelandable in the series
BIG G POST SEASON LEGEND!! Finally since 2009 we win the pennant we have to soak in it and enjoy this moment but the job is not done yet..go yanks!
*Hey you Guardian fans - your team is GREAT!* You guys deserve some serious hoopla! Rock on! My Padres choked! Our team needs to regroup. :(
Soto and Stanton CARRIED. we now have a shot at the World Series!!!
That they did. The Bullpen more than did their part too. Hopefully, this 5 day rest period will help them all.....especially Aaron Judge.
We do!
Yankee fans a few weeks ago said: we got to fire Boone and Cashman and Stanton is a bust, he will never be Judge whose the franchise 😅 (Aaron Joke is a role player in the postseason and hit only .165 in this series)
@@edwin-vv8bwStanton is the MVP but remember they said a DH can't be the MVP but they critized Ohtani for being a DH and he did it the whole season and carried the Dodgers, who had all their starting pitchers in IL and the most injury in the league, players like Betts Freeman Muncy ect.. out from injuries. And Ohtani is an injured pitcher playing and almost won a batting title and a triple crown this season.
@@edwin-vv8bw
Sober up. And lay off the street drugs.
Thank you, Lord, for letting me be around for one more World Series.
Amen
Yankees will win.
Juan Soto really has been a MAJOR pickup for the Yankees! He was great in his first World Series in 2019 and now he sends NYY to their first one since 2009. The time is NOW for Judge and this Yankee squad to finally be back on top again
Congratulations!!!! The last World Series win I was lucky enough to attend the Parade. I hope to attend another one this year. Go Yankees
Happy for Juan Soto. I can’t believe the Nats let him walk because they wouldn’t give him the offer he deserved. Always said this guy would be an MVP candidate and he’s making that claim in the playoffs right now. He isn’t the regular season MVP but if he keeps this up he will be the MVP of the Series.
Thanks for a great season, Tribe! With a 1st year manager, 4th youngest roster and 6th lowest payroll in all of baseball, can't help but feel proud to watch them reach the ALCS. Hopefully Bieber comes back and they add some additional talent to the rotation in the offseason.
Go Yankees!! Going back to the World Series where we belong!!!
Who you gonna root for when the Yankees play the Dodgers in the WS?
@@douglasbrown1194 I've been a Yankee fan since '88
What a play for Juan Soto a three points for a home run to make it 5-2 awesome win !!! Hit that like button 👍👍👍👍 he’s on fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Juan Soto
This series was amazing. Give Soto partial ownership of the franchise too idc. He's too good for us to let him walk in free agency
Keep your head up guardians you did great
The Yankees SHOULD win the world series.
@@craigwheeler4760 I disagree. The Dodgers are a slight favorite, and they have great hitting.
Congratulations, New York Yankees on your 1st WS appearance since 2009.
Spotted a Yankee hater . Clown
Sour grapes?
Soto + Stanton = 🔥
Judge = most overrated

Torres, Soto, Judge, Stanton
The real deal
Man... this was intense. The Guardians were a worthy opponent. Nothing but respect for their baseball club. As a Yankees fan, I humbly thank you for this Championship Series
Im an Astros fan but i never hated the Yankees but i hope they win the world series, win in it for the American league boys
Congratulations to the Yankees from a Cleveland fan. You guys played a great series, and I am looking forward to a GREAT World Series. Best of luck.
Super happy for Anthony Rizzo!
Congratulations Yankees!!
洋基太屌啦!!!!!!!恭喜洋基晉級~~~守護者真的好強啊這機場都打超好看的血脈噴張❤
Stanton is mvp this series
That pitch had way too much of the plate

Man Soto has to be the best baseball player rn. Such a gift to hit the ball like that. Let’s go Yankees !!!! This is our year. 🙏🥹
I said it at the beginning of the season. I'm a Cubs fan. This is the most likeable team in baseball. Give Cashman his credit. He did a great job over the past few years.
I'm a Cubs fan as well and you're right. This Yankees team is really hard to dislike.
Yall mans Rizzo on the team, good dude.
GO YANKEES!! I have waited 15 YEARS for this moment! So excited!! Thank you Stanton! Thank you Soto!! LEGENDARY!!!!
“RE-SIGN SOTO!!”
Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap 👏🏾
I can’t believe we’re going to the World Series. I was jumping all over my living room yelling and cheering the last few innings of game 5. But when they won I could barely even move or speak… what a treasure to watch that final inning as a life long Yankee fan thru the 90s and 2000s. I still vividly remember being 7 years old watching them win in 96. And of course the 3 in a row following.. and I can’t believe 09’ was 15 years ago. I wish my dad was here to see this.
Soto for the mvp... he's the actual reason we won all these games and heading to the world series!!.... yankess better sign Soto and hold him down for 10 years
The Yankees finally made the World Series in 15 years, I’m so proud of this team! 🥹
Gracias a Juan Soto Pacheco 🇩🇴 darle los millones que piden Juan
And it took the Yankees the easiest path to the world series, KC and Cleveland would be ranked last if in the NL.

FINALLY!! OMG, why you took so long to upload it? i refreshed youtube page like 200 times. 🙄🙄
Me too 😂
😂 Cut them some slack. It takes time to create a highlight package like this. It's worth the wait.😊
me too
The NL ones took forever too, maybe extra editing since it’s a playoff highlight
They actually edit by man , not AI , that's why it takes a little longer , and it's what makes these highlights so great , unlike those of other leagues.
Have a bit more patience , and gratitude , ok ?
Soto , el mejor pelotero de la época , viva Dominicana la cuna de los peloteros 🇩🇴🥰🥹🍾🥰🥰🥰
What a great game!!! I was so tired so I hit the sack and now I wished I stayed up but I'm glad we got the win. Time to get another title for this team!!
I thought Soto's HR was gonna come down at the front of the warning track. The guy gets amazing carry on fly balls.
Same here. Initially, I didn’t even react as I thought it was just a high deep pop out. I went absolutely animalistic once i realized it went 😂😂😂
Juan Soto : 3 Run 💣
Cashman : I’m going to have to really pay this man
Yankee fans : Pay the man whatever he wants
I’m so happy for Juan Soto man go Yankees
Best franchise in sports by far. The cache, the city, the uniforms, the legacy, the legend… Let’s Go Yankees! If you know something about baseball, you have to respect this team.
14:38 Juan Soto, has just sent the Yankees to the World Series.
Such a moment for Soto and the Yankees. I’m ready to see what the World Series looks like this year.
This is soo rad. I hope the Yankees win that 28th 🏆

And the Yankees will get an extra day of rest or two vs who they will meet in the WS. The bullpen terribly needs rest. Go for 28 Yankees!
So happy for the Yankees. I have a World Series Ring from 2009. Now I want a new one. Go Yankees!
Mike Stanton is such a legend!
MY HEART DROPPED WHEN IT SAID THE YANKEES ADVANCE TO THE WORLD SERIES!!!! LETS GO YANKEES!!!💓
Imagine if rocchio turned that double play 😮💨thank you for dropping it go Yankees 🫶🏼
That Soto AB was legendary. The confidence to dictate what pitch he wanted and forced the pitcher to threw it. Stuff of a legend hitter.
Stanton and Soto have been something else
To all the guardian fans, you did well. They played amazing all year. A team to be reckoned with for sure.
But go yankees baby!!
This win guarantees Boonie a job for one more week at least 🤣
Gotta love being a Yankee skipper
GGs guardians. Bunch of great players on that team. I honestly think if they had a veteran manager it would’ve been a much closer series.
I’ve seen enough. Give Soto a billion
Congratulations, Yankees. Now, let's get that ring. There are way too many commercials in this recap.
Can’t wait to see shohei and Mookie destroy the Yankees in the World Series

I’m so happy let’s go all the way. Yankees4life.
That ball that hit Aaron Judge in the abs is on life alert 🤣. Doctors say the ball looks like it’s been in a car accident.
