സഹോദരാ, ഞാൻ ഒരു ഓട്ടോ ഡ്രൈവറാണ്. ഇലക്ട്രിക് ഔട്ടോ വരുന്നതിനേ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുന്നു. ആദ്യം ഓട്ടോ ഇറക്കി അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള സംശയങ്ങൾ തീർക്കുക. കാരണം ഒരു വര്ഷംമുമ്പ് സി എൻ ജി യിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഓട്ടോ എടുത്തു ഇതിനു എറണാകുളം സിറ്റിയിൽ ഒരു പമ്പ് പോലുമില്ല വണ്ടി എടുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തു 10പമ്പ് ഉടനെ വരുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഒരു പമ്പ് ഉള്ളത് സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നു 8കി. മി അകലെയാണ്. രാവിലെ മുതൽ വൈകിട്ടുവരെ വണ്ടിയോടിച്ചു പമ്പിൽ വന്നു Q'വിൽ 2മണിക്കൂർ കിടന്നാൽ മാത്രമേ ഗ്യാസ് ഫിൽ ചെയ്തു കിട്ടുകയുള്ളു. ആദ്യം ഫില്ലിംഗ് / ചാർജിങ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾ കൂടുതലായി സ്ഥാപിക്കു....

കേരളത്തിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഓട്ടോ വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ. കുറച്ച് കൃത്യനിഷ്ഠ യോടു കൂടി ചാർജിങ് സമയം ഒക്കെ ഓർഗനൈസ് ചെയ്തു ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ പുതിയ ഓട്ടോ ഡ്രൈവേഴ്സ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഇത് ലാഭകരമായിരിക്കും. അതായത് എന്നും വീട്ടിലെത്തിയാൽ ചാർജ് ചെയ്യണം, ഉച്ച വിശ്രമത്തിന് വീട്ടിൽ പോകുമ്പോഴും ചാർജ് ചെയ്യണം 250000 ₹ ഡീസൽ ഓട്ടോയുമായി ഒരു വലിയ വ്യത്യാസമില്ല. എന്നാൽ എന്നാൽ ഇന്ധനക്ഷമത യുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ വലിയ വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ട് താനും. കയറ്റം വലിക്കണം എന്നത് നിർബന്ധമാണ് നമ്മുടെ നാടുകളിൽ എല്ലാ റോഡുകളും കയറ്റിറക്കങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളതാണ്. കയറ്റം വലിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടത് കമ്പനിയുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വമാണ്.

ആദ്യം പരീക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടത് സർക്കാർ വാഹനങ്ങളിലാണ് .മന്ത്രിമാരുടേതും പൊലീസ് വാഹനങ്ങളിലും ksrtc വാഹനങ്ങളിലും പരീക്ഷിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മതി പൊതു ജനങ്ങളുടെ നെഞ്ചത്ത് പരീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. മന്ത്രിമാരും mla മാരും അവരുടെ വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ചാർജ് തീർന്ന് വഴിയിൽ ആവുമ്പോൾ അവർക്ക് തോന്നും ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാൻ ഒരുപാട് ചാര്ജിങ് പോയന്റ് വേണമെന്ന്. ആദ്യം ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള വഴി ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ എന്നിട്ടാവാം വണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്

ചേട്ടാ ഈ പറഞ്ഞ ഇലക്ട്രിക് ഓട്ടോ ഇറങ്ങുന്നതിനു എത്രയോ മുന്നേ തന്നെ ഇലക്ട്രിക് ഓട്ടോ യുടെ മുകളിൽ സോളാർ pannel വച്ചു ഓട്ടോ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് അത് ഓടിത്തുടങ്ങിയതും കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. സോളാർ pannel വഴി ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ചാർജ് കേറുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ ഈ പറയണ 100 km കൂടുതൽ ഓടാൻ സാധിക്കും കൂടാതെ km നു 50 പൈസ പോലും വേണ്ട ഓരോന്നു ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഇറക്കുമ്പോൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്കു കൂടി വേണ്ടി ആണെന്ന് എല്ലാവരും ചിന്തിക്കണം

Do you think electric vehicles will reduce pollution level?
Can Kerala produce enough electricity to supply the charging if all the vehicles are converted to electric?
Electric vehciles will reduce pollution fot sure. But Kerala might not be able to produce all electricity if all the vehciles get converted to electricity. Green energy to be harvested to meet all the requirements.

In Kerala if we have to produce more electricity then we will need Thermal power plant or coal power plants or nuclear power plants which produce a lot of pollution along with electricity. So Electric vehicles will not reduce pollution ... People are stupid that is why they think electric vehicles will reduce pollution. If we can produce electricity from hydro power plants ....then of course we can reduce pollution. But practically it is not feasible ....Think if every vehicle in Kerala is electric then how many coal power plants or Diesel generators will we need to supply power for them....

Now if we use solar power then of course we can reduce pollution but I don't think a state like kerala which runs on loans and loans and loans can ever handle solar power.......
Being Straight Forward Dude, thermal plants run at 80% efficiency whereas your IC engine has only around 30%. And a big thermal plant can be run much more efficiently than thousands of small IC engines. Also consider the pollution caused by Tanker lorries and damage caused by them to our roads. Also Petrol and diesel vehicles causes lot of engine oil wastage too.Even if our 100% power is from thermal power plants, electric vehicles will still be more environmentally friendly.

Electric vehicle is good, but mileage should improve to minimum 200km per charge .
Auto drivers not against new technology, but government should allow it with permit only, otherwise how they control number of autos in cities like Calicut, MANGALORE, Bangalore, Kolkata etc. Where they will provide parking place for unlimited autos. So government should allow to jump their old autos permit to new electric auto, then within 15 years all autos in the main cities of India will be electric and eco friendly.
