The nacelle looks like Triumph rather than Ariel. Perhaps a Triumph one was used because the Ariel one would have been too small to accommodate the four instruments and a warning light.
Good engineering, but looks a mismatch, with such an old engine with open valvegear in a swinging arm frame.. And the modern colour? Chip that and you could never touch it up. But, I guess someone will love it.
I’d happily take the two Harleys, sell them, and buy this machine. In my opinion, it’s far more interesting, looks beautifully constructed, and wasn’t designed as a posing machine for those in need of an ego boost.
A bitster for £20k, someone has more money than sense - each to their own.
Its a nice bitsa, but really....
Cheap at the price. You can pay a hundred thousand pounds for that well-known bitza, the Brough Superior 680.
Beauty wish BSA had carried on with their V twins after the 30's
Abits and pieces good luck with the price, may be just the engine ?
It will no doubt be bought for the engine
Was that originally a 650 twin frame?

I t needs an oil pump.
Who would want two Harleys ?
I reckon that's spectacular.
Good luck...
looks a fine job, but you buy two harleys for that money.
Or a concourse condition 500 Goldie, and still have lots change to insure it, and buy lots of autosol! 😅😅
