Terrible silencer😂
For Gods sake, get some fresh petrol in it.
Beauty
What do people think.... Will the bottom fall out of the classic bike market as less and less people ride along with a generation of people that will only buy new?
I agree!.. I have a Matchless G80.. and the value is dropping each year..😢
It will be a great thing if that does happen I can buy more old Brit bikes to ride!!😆
Looks like a very fun little bike 👍🏻
😂😂😊
Why hide prices
Had one in the 1960s. Just like this one with a plunger frame 🕺🏻
You might need an original Smiths speedo, the one you have is an Indian fake 😉
Ok with lots of oil changes and TLC.BSA Bantam better bet.
An Absolute Beauty ❤
Lovely little commuter that would be, like the old style single seats, and patina
That will soon sell.
Beautiful machine!
Nice bike!
0:56 I need some spare parts is it possible
Are those real carbs or the new fuel injector types? Couldn't really get a good look
56 ????
What a beauty.
Green with envy!!
Show the prices
Its there in the first seconds of the video
I own a watercooled modern T100 Bonnie.....love to try one like this out see how it compares.
Much, much lighter and much more nimble. The original was a sports bike in it's day, not a sit up and beg roaster they are now. Of course there's the usual.old British bike things to put up with.
You’ll feel a big difference between the hand controls. I recently had a knock on my old z1000 and got a new cb1000r as a courtesy bike. Everything is so light to the touch on the new stuff.
Can't quite see, has it got the rear hinged mudguard?
get button up overalls , that zip is on that lovely tank .
Andy Tiernan always sells superb motorcycles. Nice bike...but at £7000 the T120 is way over priced in my opinion.
A year ago you'd have been looking at £9k
@@DrPococksMagicPills Well in that case I'll wait until next year when it's £5K
Understand the work and care it takes to create a 50yr old cherry. To my mind, 15k as for rarity, would be reasonable.
That's a bargain when you consider new motorcycles under 500 c.c. cost as much or more.
Looks to be a 68 spec bonnie
Bikes change over the years. For instance the 69 bonnie did not have a tank rack but the silencers look to be 69 pattern. The front brake does look to be a 68 version. The bike is over 50 years old though so parts will have been changed.
She’s a beauty !
The first bike i learn to ride back in 1968
I wish I still have mine loved it
That brings back memories to me
I had this same bike in 1975, nice bike but was a very temperamental starter....sold it for £25!
Lovely bike quality sound. Just like a true Triumph.
That's really not bad at all! It would of looked far nicer if the frame was repainted, or powdercoated Black though, to break all that rusty red up!
would it still require taxing or just insurance please?
very nice and clean bike ! runs very well
Does that even class as a seat ?😮
My most favouritest motorbike.
NIce lightweight with a Villiers twin engine. Lovely, smooth engine, enough performance for relaxed cruising and decent manners around the corners.
Smart !
Had one of these, regrettably I had to sell it about 20 years ago for financial reasons. Re the carb, slide nearest the cylinder is the the throttle valve, the one behind it is the choke, once warmed up the choke is fully opened. Front mudguard isn't original, correct type has a wide flare at the bottom which flattens out for about 4", the original probably rusted away. Rear mudguard is also suspect. Apart from that it looks pretty original. Oil wise, it's total loss obviously, one pump every 10 miles or so, there should be a light blue haze from the exhaust under load, use a monograde 30. Used to ride mine around the deserted north yorkshire country roads where we lived at the time, dealing with any traffic is a real challenge!
Takes me back. My first bike was a used Francis Barnett Falcon 4 speed (197cc) that I bought in 1963. These days I'm on a KTM 1290 SAS. What a difference. Would I buy a classic now? No because it would just sit in the garage.
2 stroke heaven this afternoon then.
Lovely old bike for not much money. Gentlemen only need apply.
Just fantastic !
Perfect
Front brake will last for life
Sounds really nice
She sounds bigger than she actually is.
2,750 pounds!. I bought one for 10 shillings, that’s right 50 pence in today’s money in 1969. Spent 5 pounds for a new big end.
What plug did you use please?
