Is there a relationship or correlation of change or increase in BP with urgency? Seems to be more brain than bladder to the issue as focusing on something else does seem to give more time and lessen urgency . . Do anti inflammatory medications irritate the bladder or contribute to the issues?

I'm on love with a man who will develop Parkinson's. He's 56 I'm 44. He is hesitant to get involved with me cause he thinks it will be selfish to get involved with me and bring me into his development of Parkinson's. Right now all he has is the sleep disorder. Can anyone give me advice? I really love him and want to spend the rest of my life with him regardless of his disease. I want to help him and be there for him till the end. Why won't he believe me? He says I'm too pretty and can find someone else normal. But I want him. I know what I'm in for and I don't care. I worked in the medical field for many years and I know what I'm in for. Any advice?
Hello Jennifer, My husband has Parkinson's'. He already had it when we met. We've been together and are now married for 12 years. We are still in love and have a happy life. Keep him active and eat good food. You don't need to go overboard on being the food police. Enjoy your food, enjoy a glass of wine or a bowl of ice cream. I think it is important to keep the stress low. Don't schedule too many have-to-do things. Keep your lives a bit quiet and simple. We bought a recumbent stationary bike. The seat is a few inches higher than a kitchen chair, maybe 20". He can get on and off safely, without any help. Which means he can use it when I'm doing something else in another room or outside. This was the single most valuable thing we did. These bikes are expensive. He has ridden it every day for about ten years. He has a general doctor and a neurologist which is paid for by medicare. The neurologist has been very helpful. Before the pandemic, he went to an acupuncturist about once a week. This was also very helpful. He does not consume a whole bunch of "cures" advertised in TH-cam videos. Parkinson's chemistry is complex. We don't mess around with it. We follow the advice of his neurologist. I hope this is helpful. I wish you a very happy life together. Marty.
Excellent seminar; detailed information well presented. Kudos!

The worst part of Parkinson’s is being able to move, stand, walk and lay down without excruciating pain

If you think you really love him than do it
Parkinson’s is contagious via vague nerve if you sleep in same bed, you are at risk to develop it
