Matthias, judging from my experience with the car and its software so far, the customer has left the building a long time ago. If it ever been there.

On the vhallenges you can only do one at a time, so if its a 30 day cjallenge you cannot do any others until the 30 day challenge is finished. Which means building point is a very, very, very slow process.

I've been doing the green room challenges (loyalty program) since it launched in the UK. The challenges are mostly quite easy to complete although some of the efficiency based ones can be hard to achieve over the colder months. Sometimes due to the occasional server issues some trips don't get recorded which can be quite annoying, but it's only happened once or twice for me. My biggest issue is that the rewards available seem to differ by geographical market area. Here in the UK the highest value reward is the silicone bottomed mug, whereas in other markets they have much higher value items available for the same number of points, which doesn't exactly incentivise me all that much. Probably a Brexit related issue, but still a bit of a kick in the teeth.

The loyalty program is also available in Spain, at least since July when I bought my Enyaq. 411 points so far for me , slowly getting there to grab a Skoda backpack!

Thanks for the information. Didn't know it's also available in Spain but good to know :)

I'm starting to envy Tesla and the frequency with which they get major updates. Especially since my navigation map database is from 2023 and no service yet knows how to update it.

That's what you get with open source nav like tesla. When I owned mine I went 14 months with no update to tesla nav 😢

I really can’t take those guys seriously. They can’t even update v4 to v5. They don’t even have phone-as-a-key. Stop messing around with VR and Loyality Programs until you’ve got the BASICS done. Such a sad state they are in.

I received my 85 approx a month ago. The dealer said it had v4.3 on it when he explained me the car. in the mean time there is v5.2 on it. If it really was v4.3, the update has been installed OTA. Since couple days the car puts on the lights when approaching it. So definitely something is happening with the software. But the myskoda app has some quirky behavior sometimes 🙂

Buying VRs > update the cars.

HUX? SUX in my opinion. This Sales User eXperience is targeted at the customer journey until the Sale is closed. Ok, an App lets you track the delivery date. But after that Skoda maybe spends a small fraction of what is invested in this ‘HUX’ on aftersales.
