At the end of August, I talked about "growing myself in the fields" while harvesting summer vegetables and making lunch.
The harvested vegetables are flower okra, pumpkin, round okra, star of David (okra), cucumber crawling, sweet and chili pepper, and purple pepper.
The dishes I made were chirashizushi, steamed vegetables, and miso soup with flower okra.
Steaming vegetables made with my favorite pottery oven plate "GRILLER" with a lid is very easy and really delicious!
