Hey Loves, welcome to our first video on TH-cam!!
My name is Tosin and thank you for joining me on this cooking journey
So today, we are learning how to make plantain and Egg Frittata Aka Nigerian Dodo pizza in the simplest way as possible. your Kids and everyone in your family will love this!
Here are the full list of ingredients

• 2 Medium Size Plantain
• 7-8 Eggs
• 2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
• 1/2 Cup Green Pepper
• 1/2 Cup Red Pepper
• 1/4 Cup Fresh Tomatoes
• 1 Cup Diced Sausage
• 1/2 Cup Red Onions
• I Teaspoon Curry Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Thyme
• 1-2 Stock Cubes
• Salt to Taste

I think you should put hypertensive patients into consideration because the amount of sodium (in salt and cube seasoning) is much.
