you move it to where you want, furnish etc. If in a year later or more you want to relocate to another state, pack up the furniture, clothes etc, then call the 1-800-cozU-forgot. I'd call the 1-800 number anyway. It has to be packed via shipping truck specially made. Making this an interesting concept, spendy and I see lots of bugs to work out.

It’s my understanding that it’s stays unfolded until you decide to move. You don’t close it every time you leave. The convenience is that you don’t have to wait for a home builder to build your home as it is an instant home. It’s meant for those who have a piece of land available to use for new instant home.

Great idea. You can move anytime you want. Set up one property up north in the woods. One property in the mountains and on in the south. Move it when you want. Or east and west. Don’t forget having to pay for moving or buy a big rig to haul. Buy a lot, pay tax’s on just a lot in all places. Cost for a slab and electrical hookup. Some plumbing and you would be setup. 1:36

I don't think this is meant to be folded back up on a regular basis. This is sort of like a more attractive alternative to a mobile home "trailer". This fold out home is transported the same way, by a truck. But when it gets to location it unfolds into a structure much bigger than a trailer and is still pretty affordable. Its a good solution for home shortages and for more affordable housing

    In case of hurricane
Step 1- put all furniture and belongings on lawn so they don't get smashed
Step 2- watch from the safety of the container as your valuables are swept away and looted.
    Thank me later 🥸

    $120,000 is really expensive.
Maybe if shipping and construction are through the roof where you are this is viable.
Still a fantastic project as far as paper architecture goes

Nice idea. However, the flipside is that the building has to be placed on a completely flat surface. And so the buildings cannot be used everywhere in order to not create a crooked structure of the building.

Ok but will they stand up against tornadoes or high winds. What about the power that operates it. What about the electric power that you have to get from the power company. What about the water supply and the septic tank that you are required by law to have. Does the unit have back up power in case of a outage
