Takes me right back to weekends at my gran's house in the 1970s, her cooking our dinner as we played in the garden, and songs like this would come on the radio as we watched the sun set. We were so much poorer materially back then, but life felt so much more free and spontaneous compared to today. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I could...

Me encanta muchísimo 🔥🔥🔥
I was a Paratrooper in the British Army. This song would come on the jukebox in the 'Rat Pit' pub in Aldershot.. guy's would somersault off tables on to ones filled with glasses. Guess some Soldiers need War just to let off steam. We never made good peacetime Soldiers 😂
This was one of my grandmas favorite songs. She unfortunately was both a drug addict and an alcoholic but she was one of my favorite people to be around. She was funny. She taught me how to play cards and how to curse. This song was played at her funeral and it always reminds me of her. Love you Gama.

That is a CLASSIC, "aahhhwwww," at, 2:25, along with the music following it, until, 2:35, when they cut out the continued fantastic part, that may be heard on the longer version of this song.
When I was a kindergartner I remember singing along to this song on the radio and my mother stopping and telling me that it wasn't appropriate. I had no idea what she meant. It was on the radio for us kids to hear so I thought it was a song for kids to sing. It made me embarrassed years later when I figured it out.
My father actually named me after him when I was born in 1976. My first name is Rodney and my middle name is Stewart. God I miss you dad I wish you were still here.

Greatest song of Sir Rod songs. KAZUYO TORII FROM KOBE CITY JAPAN ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉
Im born in 89 and i felt this one and im.black im.sure alot of black people back in the day liked this one

Now I feel old.
Peace and happiness for you ✨
@@carolinew8701 doesn't sound like it at all.
"If you love Me you will keep My commandments" only those who love the LORD Jesus Christ will be with Him in heaven. To love Him you must be born again by The Spirit and the evidence of that is in keeping His commands. This poor ladies testimony doesn't sound too good.
@@atticuscarr6905 gotta love how Jesus told people to not judge others, and all of his modern day followers are like "nah, we will judge others, and we’ll do it in your name. God bless!" 🙄
@@andyscott5277 No he told us to not judge hypocritically, funny how this modern age loves to misqoute that passage and doesn't know how to keep context. He said, FIRST remove the plank from your own eye and THEN you will see clearly to remove speck from your brothers eye".
Also he said, judge with righteous Judgment", John 7
Also Jesus told us to watch out for anyone who professes faith and to judge them by their fruit.
Now another mistake you made is forgetting that I didn't judge this grandma and send her to Hell myself. I just told you what the scripture says. No genuine Christian judges people and condemns them to Hell, God does that, we warn every one we can what Jesus and the prophets taught and hope that people take heed. So you misused the word judgement, in this regard also.

Yeah, Me too..
😂😂lmao
I probably did the same thing. But the songs now are x rated compared to this! 😂🤣😂🤣

PFFF UNA JOYA MUSICAL
absolutely love this song .........this was played at every party back in the day .......great memories
It's still a floor filler even now it just takes us a bit longer to get off our chairs and head to the dance floor x
What I would grave to have this experience.
Interesting. Doesn't sound like a party song to me. More like going home after a party and listening to music song. Love it regardless.
