    I know in the instructions it says to never use liquid fuels. So I am curious as to how it has held up to your rule breaking. I also really hope you have a CO2 sensor...

    Legit awesome. Have a fire extinguisher nearby, vent and be careful!

    Cool idea but you are getting co2 out of that. Need to vent the room like with a buddy heater

    Could isopropyl alcohol be used in lieu of the methyl hydrate?

    Nice video. Are there any safety precautions with the chemical you use?

      and could you use this setup to cook food as an alternative to wood?

      Try to keep it from spilling anywhere. You should alright if you leave it in the fuel container

    So you're just using the Biolite as a fan? I'm not familiar with this stove.

    • @markambrozic6295
      @markambrozic6295  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes pretty much. The fan stokes the flame and increases the temperature coming out from it. It works surprisingly well as a heater

    If you want it to last less long would you make a smaller fuel tank or decrease the amount of fuel?

    So that is safe indoors, just like that? I have know idea about this kind of stuff. What would the stack do? Nothing you have to vent outdoors? That would be very cool then.

    • @markambrozic6295
      @markambrozic6295  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The stack concentrates the heat and the airflow so less heat is lost. Methyl Hydrate is used for cooking indoors and burns very clean. As long as you have good air circulation it is totally safe to do indoors.
