  • A quick look at the amazing Itiwit inflatable Kayak from Decathlon, filmed on Loch Tay Kenmore Highland Perthshire.
kayaking is fun but inflatable kayaking is even better - easy to transport, easy to carry, so you can take them with you even if your car is already loaded with stuff. We looked at the ITIWIT model Kayak from Decathlon .
Great for wild camping or campinguk on holiday this is a great way to explore and an amazing outdoorsport in the summer
Filmed using dronephotography and a GoProhero7 for our new TH-cam channel

Very brave to start and land your mavic mini out of the boat! I am not confident enough for this...

I noticed comments saying their standard paddle 230cm is a bit too short for the width of the Kayak.
I tested this out and sure enough after a days paddling without gloves , I had bleeding fingers on each hand as they rubbed against the sides trying to get most of the blades into the water .
I noticed others with the same Kayak with different paddles , and when asked they said they preferred their longer paddle than their standard 230 Paddles Itiwit sell most of .
My choice now is to wear gloves or sell their shorter paddle and buy a longer , or other brand that suits me better.
Trial and error, but go longer and adjust DOWN IN LENGTH to get your preferred paddle , their bulk seller is apparently a bit short .
I am 5’10” with a reach fingertip to finger tip of 70”, I need a longer paddle ( or a narrower Kayak ) to stop rubbing on the sides . Others might be fin with the shorter paddle
