I just bought Arlo - Pro 4 Spotlight Camera Security Bundle - 3 Wire-Free Cameras Indoor/Outdoor 2K with Color Night Vision (12 pieces) for my business. It's 300 miles away and my manager will be installing. Can I after is set up connect and watch it from my phone as well? Will I have to go to the location to set it up?

THIS IS A FLAWED PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have purchased three Arlo Pro 4 cameras. They connected to my WiFi network with ease. They promptly notify me when motion is detected.
Do they have a SD card ?

The video shows a couple of their products and makes it a vit confusing. Also it shows 4k capabilities, but this camera is 2k. Only the ultra is 4k
