Thanks very much for all your knowledge that you share with us. I have a question. If I took my rocker cover off I would almost certainly know that I have the same problem just looking at the valve stems to see if they stick out to far. Without actually pulling the head off right??
I wish I would have found this video sooner, like before I had my DEF deleted. Because, shortly after the delete, I'm now dealing with a cracked head! Thx for the info.
Cummins gets a bad name from people doing delete’s & then the engine breaks & they blame it on Cummins. The new engine’s are designed to run with the emission system in place.
For sure. I want to delete mine so bad but it’s not worth the risk. Just find a pre emissions while you can, IMO. Do regular PM maintenance and Cook the DPF filter and change def filter once a year and do egr maintenance every 200k and you will be fine. AND DO NOT IDLE FOR HOURS. There are a lot of variables and it stinks but do your homework before you buy a truck etc. I’m definitely looking for an pre emissions truck after the market cools down. Good luck everyone.
We all like your videos. You ask to comment and we comment and ask questions and you don't reply!

MUCHOS SALUDOS DESDE ARGENTINA
Worked a customer's truck, volvo with cm2250, deleted. 600k miles it dropped a liner. Don't delete just fix the aftertreatment system and keep going 👌
Hey Francisco! Where is your shop? I want to bring my truck there for maintenance
Swapping emission problems for internal engine problems is not the way to go..
These are "deletes" done by people who copy and pasting files don't know what they are doing this is result of that.
