I am currently in rehab for drug use and I remembered that Nujabes existed. He was my favorite artist years ago when I started to get into drugs. I would take a pill and listen to this song. I remember that feeling so well. But here I am years later, and this song popped into my head. I am sober and this song gave me that exact same feeling as it did years ago, this time without drugs. God I miss Nujabes. But I am so grateful for what he has given us. Never lose hope, never give up. We’re all in this together.

Ever since I first hear this song so many years ago, it always stuck with me. Even during the low points in my life, it would just pop in my head and make me feel relaxed and safe. I'm not sure why, I've just always found it very relaxing and peaceful, maybe just the calm nature and beginning of it. But hearing it like this, I don't know there's just something about it that makes me happy. It feels like the end to a book, something you'd hear as everyone goes their separate ways and that everything works out in the end, that we all find our peace in the things we love. It's just very peaceful, and I love it.
