This was an especially nice duet because Akdong Muscian and Bang Yedam both competed in Kpop Star Season 2. That was 7 years ago (hence the title). They both made it to the final 2 where Akdong Musician came out victorious. It is so nice to see them collaborating again.

I'll never get tired of saying that SM really has the best vocalists and YG has the best rappers, but at the same time, YG also has the most unique vocalists/voices in kpop. YG vocalists have very distinct voices and techniques that other vocalists from other companies don't have.
because yg is more known on rappers, you can see that all of the groups the rappers shine the most. they are the most popular one i am not saying that other aren't popular they are absolutely one, but rappers definitely the one who shine the most like gd, lisa, jennie, b-i, mino, haruto, hyunsuk. although there's taeyang, yedam, rosé etc...rappers are the one who's main focus at yg... but srsly yg vocalist are the best for me, they sounds so unique than sm, though sm vocalist are more powerful.

I’m so proud to see how yedam has grown so well. If u are to compare his collab with akmu from kpop star days to this, he’s on a whole different level now. His vocals technique is literally one of the top, he’s the best main vocalist of 4th gen no one can’t prove me otherwise.

Omg, in my opinion Suhyun's vocal one of the best in K-pop industry, just like IU. Yedam's vocal would be one of the best in 4th generation obviously.
