Hi😊Alina👧 you are Soooo beeeautifuuuul as always🌷 great Personalty for a youtuber Seriously you are very talented and hard working love your Videos💘💞❤🔴
It was great to hear all about your modeling career Alina. I am so glad that it opened the door for you to travel and you found out that you really loved it. Thanks for sharing and really enjoyed the video.
Thank you very much Alina for this nice video. Your modeling career allowed you to visit many countries like Japan which is always in your heart as your career starded there. Anyway still today you could be a fantastic model. Great video and take care.
although i poke fun at and pick on you sometimes, i think you are an amazing person for holding your own to now living a plain life, being a regular simple woman with a clean life after having been glamorous.
Great vid Alina. You answered all the questions I’ve pondered while watching your travels over the years. I’m so happy your experiences have been so positive ❤❤❤❤
This was interesting to hear your perspective on career path few can do. I wanted to try it but my life took a different path with University. I bet it was a refreshing moment to see all these places you once worked.
Dèja vu.......was on a 2 months model contract (as a male model) in Tokyo just like you but an estimated 12-15 years earlier. Not much seems to have changed in terms of requirements. I remember their obsession with skinny models and very young girls back then. However, loosing weight wasn't any difficult and came with the daily and numerous go sees with clients. To reach their places in the biggest city of the world kept us moving for many hours...... making money was/is clearly considerably easier for girls. Overall a great experience.... expenses were deducted from job income and I went home with a small amount of money. I considered it a cost-free travel and stay in an exciting and different culture. Unforgettable their: お疲れ様 or Otsukaresama, which means good work/job that came inevitably each time upon finishing a job and was accompanied by a slight head bow and friendly smile.........😊
I'm not the prime demographic for this particular video but it was interesting. Your early modelling shots remind me of a colt all long. thin legs and big teeth. Your smile than and now, just lights up your face. Genetically you are gifted, but you had the work ethic to make the most of it. Interesting video. I can honestly say that human lumps (my specialty) are not in demand in the modelling or the acting world, and my work ethic would be probably somewhat suspect. Great video of Alina in Japan, and that's still a winning combination.
You are such a pretty face in your videos. I just enjoy hearing you present your content. I had no idea you used to model until now. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.
Alina, Thank you for your candor and honesty. Things are changing slowly in the Modeling Industry about age and body image. Let's hope the next generation of models will benefit from your wisdom. It looks like Japan will always have a special place in your heart ❤. Sending you some much Love and Affection ❤❤❤ from Richmond, Va. Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Hi! I was blown away by your candor and the prominent look into the world of modeling! It perhaps should be a "must- see" video for aspiring models! Well-done!👏👏👏👏 I am looking into Rosetta and see it has a good design of teaching, thanks!
Love the video! I saw Hie-Jinjya in the video. That's where my parents had a wedding ceremony. That shrine was a guardian of Edo Castle (currently where the imperial palace is located)!
Hi Alina, thank You for sharing Your personal story and the old pictures. I appreciate it. To be honest, I also appreciate the current Alina, because I associate to her more experiences she is able to share! Best regards, Ralf
Not to be negative, you said about naivete which I'm sure was a challenge and not easy at all. Glad you handled it correctly and peservered. ¡Saludos Alina!
Super fun- you could definitely model these days, but sounds like you are done with it- Totally want a video about your TV star experience! Much love and thanks for sharing your travels with us ❤
Hi mate I just wanted to give feedback as you asked. The channel content is great! My fav vids ever were Tour School. Also loved the Pro am with Bernie and Steph and of ofcourse the Cornwall links bloggs with Gilly and others. Really enjoying Jo and Jim on the channel and Paul is always class. I think the filming and content is top class. My advice to grow would be to do what you do best which is a cut above other channels and that is high class serious golf ie the tour school and Jim Vs Jo you got coming up. Other ideas would be travel and playing bloggs with more of the course action showing the area and chats in the bar etc more reality TV etc👍. Hope that helps I always like and comment when I can and watch on TV mostly. Good luck mate. Dom👍
In this day and age when being morbidly obese and being out of shape is considered a virtue, I was always a skinny and small man and well the latter part of it wasn’t ideal for a modeling career, where men have to a certain height. The truth is looks aren’t everything and handsomeness like beauty, is fleeting. Thanks for the retrospective on your modeling career and time in Japan. It was most enjoyable! 😊
Hi..Alina..this is my first comment in your channel..i just wanna tell..you look great and pretty but i think you look more glowy when you stay Indonesia🙏
It’s very interesting to know that for non-Japanese person like you including my friend from Australia, Akasaka means the just Akasaka area, where TBS TV Headquarters are located and which is a very business district. But for Japanese people like me it must be the Akasaka-Mitsuke area, which is very popular bar area and 10 to 15 minutes walk from Akasaka.
Thanks for taking us along on your trip down memory lane! @20:02 I think I remember "Ataru"! Wasn't it about this young autistic man who helped the police, particularly a female detective, solve crimes?
To go from post Soviet UKR, to small very rural town in Northern Saskatchewan, to modeling in Japan, to YTer is crazy. How you even get noticed from Northern Saskatchewan? Who got you into modeling? Did you parents bring you to beauty pageants?
Hi alina, I'm Ahmed from south India, i like your all you tube video, And your explaining its too good, and your voice are so sweet like melting butter😂😂, when you are planning to here, Thanks Ahmed
Hi Alina, I run a modeling agency in Saskatoon, and we're interested in booking you for our November issue of "Scandalous stories of spicy Senoritas from Southern Saskatchewan." It's mainly stories about the timber industry, peppered with a few photos of spicy senoritas (that's where you come in).
Do you keep in touch with all your ex modeling roommates from Japan or just that one who asked you a question? Just wondering if they’re still in the modeling biz in some capacity.

Sounds like perhaps the Japanese wanted to expand their product markets beyond Japan. Anyhow, you got to help them out and then turn that into a career.

Hi Alina! I enjoyed your modeling recollections in Tokyo! Beautiful! Thans for sharing!
Love this video! 🥰 It made me feel nostalgic. I also modeled in Japan and lived at Akasaka Mansion! I remember being so scared at how haunted it was 😅
Omg that’s amazing! And yeah I didn’t know it was haunted until after I left 😅

Do you keep in touch with all your ex modeling roommates from Japan or just that one who asked you a question? Just wondering if they’re still in the modeling biz in some capacity.
