If you toss the boxes into the storage it will cut down on there walking time, helping restock faster without you needing to run in and out. Can make you dizzy if you get really fast at it, lol.
The way I maximize stockers is to order everything you need for the day before the store opens, so the stockers concentrate on bringing in deliveries. You can help of course. When they are done, and your storage shelves are fully stocked, then open the store. They will then concentrate on stocking shelves as the day progresses. After closing, let the stockers fully re-stock the store shelves. RInse repeat.This will also free you during the day to plan expansions, prepare for new licenses etc.
I also have to go behind the stockers and work the boxes that have less than a case. For example I’ll have 3 cases of milk and one will be full and the other one will have three units while the third box will have two. It’s a pain when I want to order enough for the day but now I have an extra box in the way because the stockers don’t know to work the partial case first. Hopefully that gets patched.
@@stevejohnson6541 I found that the last box put away in storage is the first box used to restock. So I go through and make sure that the emptiest box is the last one on the shelf. As long as you aren’t restocking the same item as the stocker, then there will normally only be one box out. To fix the issue, take a half empty box and refill it from your shelves. This will make a stocker grab the next box (should be your next half box) and go to restock with it. You just return the full box and your stocker will return a half box or whatever is left. This always leaving the half empty box as the first one pulled.
Now when restocking items, you will have to go back through and shuffle the stacks or let them completely empty before purchasing.
So, I just stumbled across this, however I do want to make a note about salt water pools. A salt water pool is a chlorine pool. The salt runs through a salt cell, and using electrolysis, turns the sodium chloride (NaCl) into chlorine. So instead of having to deal with chlorine tablets and all that, you just dump salt in a few times a year. But you still have to shock the pool like a chlorine pool. Just a note 🤓
One way to help the restocked that I do is I will take the boxes from the street and throw them into the storage room , less distance for them to go
I have it so most items are as close to the storeroom as possible. This makes restocking a bit faster.

Would be good to see an option to “train” employees, so they become faster. Or even gain experience depending on on how long they have worked there.

I recently did the same sort of thing with the 3 corner shelving and 4 straight sections in one corner of the store, where I arranged them to make an alcove that accommodated all the books. I chose a nice dark green colour for not only the shelving, but also the walls and the floor tiles. It looked pretty neat. I'm thinking of doing something similar with the booze in one of the other corners. Darker coloured shelving/walls tend to make the products stand out better, I find.
I have a day off today and I spent it playing this game, I would leave it play as I do daily chores and I racked up quite some money! Expanded everything, got the Moussaka! Deffinitelly taking the tips about the licemces, they sure do pay off!
2 functions I would like is:
To have the restockers wait to restock until they can place the whole content of a box onto the shelfes. Soo annoying to pick up a box with 1 or 2 things in!!
After the restockers throw out a empty box, they should bring a full box from the sidewalk into the storage room before restocking the next item. Not just walk emptyhanded.
You can find a pool liner that is later/deeper that you want. I had a neighbor that had a pood. There were steps to it. The middle of the "above ground" pool was six feet.
I'm not a fan of pools, but there are a lot of ways to build an abovw ground/deep pool...

If you do a salt water pool right, you can’t even tell there’s salt in the water, it’s like bath water, the salt is very mild.
This game could grow so big the developers need to put workers wit special abilities like move fast some only work on cold food or beer and liquor
Your customers won’t slow down just because you’re the only register open so, unless there is a benefit to being the only cashier open, use the other cashiers. You’ll ring more business in the end.
My brother worked at a holiday park and the guy incharge of the pool put too much chlorine in the pool and sent a few holiday makers to hospital, so be careful with how much chlorine you use.

Damn! There’s 72 hours in 3 days. So if you slept 8hrs/day that would be 24. 40+24=64!

Mood the stockers and the item required that's all u need to speed up the game play it needs to be increased by the dev
