Built for women, both the SELENA and LUNA are comfortable to hang in, they enable your body’s full range of motion on gymnastic-like routes, and promote good airflow between your body and the contact points.
Specifically designed for women, both of these harnesses offer a longer belay loop that allows the waist belt to sit higher on the waist, a smaller waist-to-leg ratio, and a waist belt that’s specifically angled for a more comfortable fit.
In order to make these harnesses comfortable to hang in and flexible enough to enable your body’s full range of motion, the waist belt and leg loops are constructed using our ENDOFRAME technology.

I chose Luna mainly sold by the giant gear loop at the back. it's going to be. soooo good to have a proper place to hang shoes, massive slings and tat!!!

is there a harness where you can hook on to either side of your hips

From Petzl, no. The only authorized spots to tie in ("hook on') are the tie in points and belay loop-both positioned at the front of the harness.

Is there a way to adjust the waist band? I got mine in a size L (the biggest size) and it still wouldn't fit even though I'm medium-sized in most clothing brands
