Robbie Hurmiz, 24, and co-accused Tristan Workman and Gabriel Verigos were out for revenge on July 20, 2022, when they ambushed a former friend who had started sleeping with Workman’s ex-girlfriend.
The court heard that on July 20, 2022 Hurmiz teamed up with Verigos and another man to lure a 21-year-old man to a South Morang street.
The man had recently added the ex-girlfriend of the third co-accused on social media and she had gone on to talk to him about the break-up.
Prior to travelling to South Morang, the trio met up at a Kalkallo house where they armed themselves with a sawn off firearm and a handgun.
They also switched the registration plates on the white Toyota Kluger they travelled in to South Morang.
During the journey to South Morang a photo was taken on a mobile phone showing the weapons and white face masks inside the Kluger.
Shocking CCTV footage, released by the County Court on Friday, captured the moment the trio pull up in a silver Toyota and pounce on the 21-year-old man in broad daylight.

Victim had no injuries at all and he didnt rat them out as a bystander filmed it cctv captureded it too and they found dudes finger print.

The Lawyers MUST take responsibility, both legal and financial when stringing such a story. When he gets out and does it again the victims/survivors can sue the lawyers for their irrational lies.
How do you prove irrational lies.?

That's not how it works at all.
The lawyer is an Advocate.He listens to the clients story then argues the case in favor of his client.
