I understand that 2 investors bought the place in 200" and 2006, for undisclosed sums, told they had huge plans to convert the seminary into luxury apartments, did nothing, and then resold the place also for undisclosed sums, but that the second investor refused an offer at 2 million € and told he would sell at 4 millions. Then a third investor bought the place in January 2024, telling (ounce again...) he had huge plans to convert the seminary into luxury apartments, did nothing, and then the place appears on an agency listing for 12 millions €. Obviously this agency is making some kind of mistake, and the third investor could not be possibly trying to resell that place for 12 millions.....
