I love all your palettes! It’s so satisfying how each palette is themed and named by you, and are filled with the maximum number of pans, and all the pans are topped up. XD I hope you could make a video showing all your watercolor tubes as well! And maybe a studio tour. 😬
Outstanding! I need Kremer in my collection. Saving my pennies! The Magnetite looks so cool-if you have it, I would love to see a closer video of it and how it works. Enjoy your day.
Kremer is way underrated, it’s really good. I’ll try to do a closer view, update on my palettes in the near. Thank you Rachel. My day is turning lovely.
It’s so fun to name them, by how they feel, intensity and colors. I just named a new palette, mostly Deep deep Light paints, it’s called Beetles, Bugs and a dragonfly. Lol Thank you
I’m a sucker for palette tours. I have more than I could ever use up, but I use almost all of them. I so agree with you that paint brands have their own personalities and characteristics. Some days I just want to play with a brand, other days I have something in mind to paint and choose the brand that will give me the best results. I’m never bored. TFS
I LOVE palette tours!! It’s so fun to see the colours other people choose, how they set up their palettes, and whether they keep them messy or not lol. My palettes are clean like yours and I also tend to keep my pans topped up. I like how jam-packed all of your palettes are with the maximum number of colours possible. You definitely have lots of options! I love A Gallo, but I’m like you and since they’re harder to get, I don’t always like to use them because I don’t want to use them up! I need to get over that and just enjoy them 😊.
Oh… and my favourite travel palettes are my Art Toolkit palettes because they’re so compact to toss in my bag. I have several others, but seem to use them the most for “on the go”.
I love palette tour videos. When I watch them I don't feel so bad about the ridiculous amount of paint I own. 😊 If I had to pick one brand of paint, I honestly think I would go with Roman Szmal and be perfectly happy.
I really like your collection! A large number of different brands with a vast array of beautiful colors and finishes, and you’re not even done! Beautiful collection! 🥰🤩🥰
Fun fact: the Kuritake paint pans are large because traditional Asian painters have larger brushes. I bought the art nouveau just because the colors art beautiful. 😊 beautiful collection!
This was so engaging. Winsor & Newton is my favorite brand, so I would love to see you swatch your W&N palette and talk a little bit about why you selected certain colors. I’d also love to see the Holbein palette as I am very curious about which colors have been discontinued. Thank you for sharing!
Nice collection Tabitha. I would like to see what colors you would put in your main pallet that you use. I tend to pick my own colors from lots of different brands so I am always interested in what other people think are the best blues greens ect... Thanks for your video :)
Fantastic collection! I will be delighted to watch your next videos. Just a suggestion: Have you ever tried Rosa Gallery, the ukranian brand? It is really good, as well as affordable. I think it would be a nice addition to your great collection.
Love to see so many palettes !! May I ask how do you remove the dividers from the Michael Harding heavy metal palette you show at the beginning ? Thank you !
I love this video. The palettes are so beautiful. One question. You buy tubes and you fill in the pans? Or they are ready made? Thanks. Do you have a video how to create them?❤
There is both here pre filled and me fill from tubes. I have one on filling my vintage palette, but I also have one coming up that will be making of a palette. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much. Actually my daughter travels a bit more than me, in that one I painted from a photo. It’s a bit cold outside right now so additional references come in handy.
@@kimberlyanne8055 I take out the metal bars and glue them in further apart, then you can get in another row. I have a video called how I break my palettes. My son made the upright quarter pans with his 3d printer. On Etsy there are a few sellers that have different pans also. Thank you Kimberly Anne.
That Schminke palette. At least for me in the US, Schminke Horadem is probably most expensive (except maybe A Gallo or that Blueberry company thats all over instagram) but imo they are extremely high quality. Especially if youre not a vegan or traditionalist, as i believe they do add some ox gall and additives (which imo is a good thing if its not being done to extend or "fill") my favorites in no particular order M Graham -- so underrated Michael Harding Schminke Daniel Smith Natural Pigments (some of their eartha are very interesting) Da Vinci SAA brand Qor (im not sure if its the aquazol or something else but best way i can describe these wet on wet is wayyyyy overactive) some of their cobalts and cadmiums are interesting in this line You shoule get one ot thise Whiskey Painters Behemoth or Studio. I bet you could fit half pans of nearly every Daniel Smith color if you wabted to
I have seen those whiskey painter massive palettes, they look so intriguing.. your favorites are top of the line choices, many of favorites are the same. I just got a few more Qor to play with, they are a bit more “wild” then most other watercolor which makes them so fun. Thank you for such a thoughtful in-depth comment, love it!
you have the best paints around i love your art ,my mission gold and shinhan pwc get alot of love from me,my art whale student tubes make me happy also ,i love highly pigmented colors my self, thank you for this video
Great video! Question for you. On the travel palettes, you had a larger black one with mostly M Graham paints that you filled yourself. What brand palette is that and did it come with the pans? If not, what is a good brand of tiny square pans that are smaller than a half pan for diy palette creation?
Beautiful palettes...my goodness...Can you please telme where you can get a palette like you "Fairytale" palette of Michael Harding paints? I love the colour...looks like it was for 36 pans and you removed the rails???...to house 52 colours which normally need a large 48 pan tin...but this looks smaller than those...it looks like a 36 pan size. thanks Janis
The palette is for 24 actually with a big middle opening. You can find them on Etsy or Amazon. Whisky painter makes one, and there are some no name ones (meowCafeShop on etsy)I kinda tear out the interior holder, put magnets on the pans and pack them in there lol.
It’s actually a plastic mixing area in the Holbein palette, but really sturdy. I got it off Amazon Japan, but now I think it’s sold at Jackson’s Art. Thank you.
Where can I find those tiny plastic pans that you have there? They seem to be like a quarter size. I've been looking every where for such one's. Karen from Canada.
I use ceramic to mix always. After my series of color comparisons, a first ceramic palette, will be filled with the top picks we pick together, hoping my and everyone’s picks in comments will add up to be a beautiful palette. Thank you.
Hi. Ages ago, in swatching the WN Small town palette you mentioned (someday?) you were going to choose your top 30 colours across all brands and fill a ceramic palette - I just wondered of you had done that and I missed the video ;)

yay. Lovely paintings and what a GORGEOUS collection of watercolors; M Graham palette was stunning! Love that you branded the palette tins; did you print their logos and adhere them with tape?! Wonderful tour. I've got a lot of palettes too and now I feel validated that I'm not crazy for making a new palette for each brand of paint I buy.
