Yes, about those trolls and "Debbie Downers"🧌🥱. Been following you on IG for months, just joined here today! Ur THE most talented, creative I've found yet.Great music, super choreo + very hot athletic fem bod🔥💃👀👍
She's an entrepreneur who found something people liked and wanted more of and put her literal sweat into her business and making it grow. Nothing but respect for her.
I am a 64 year old man, and i have gotten over 20 people to start jumping rope, using your app, and we have jumping pot-lucks, for fun/bragging rights, and teaching and growing the discipline of jumping rope. One thing that jumping rope has not helped in is with run-on sentences! Lol, i would have never thought how easy and fun it is to lose weight through jumping rope. Thank You Lauren!
I just came here to say I'm too old to start this - apparently I'm not - well done sirs. Love the idea of losing weight jumping, then having a pot-luck! I guess you earn the right.
Lauren, your comment on learning new things is well taken. Authentic and genuine is probably why I check out your jumping. Thank you for sharing your smiles.
Thank you, Lauren and Sarah! I am out of shape and 51 now, but you have inspired me to try to get up and move again. My fiance is disabled and when we had our son nearly 14 yrs ago I stopped doing a lot of the things I use to do. You make me laugh and get up on my feet. That's something I truly appreciate. Best of luck with your app and keep up the content!
Thank You Lauren. For everything you are and do. Thanks for liking my comments and considering me a friend. You truly are inspiring and I am honored to be a fan. I don’t have a crush on you but I appreciate all of who you are and what you do. A true ambassador of bringing people together. Keep up the Great Work! ❤
Love love love Lauren Jumps. Mezmerizing to watch. Charming, authentic, modest, great looks, cute, winning smile, business savvy, ambitious, athletically talented. A total 11 out of 10!
Amazing woman. Smart, hard working, humble, humorous, creative, etc ... and the B word goes unsaid - best smile ever. You just know she'll inspire her contemporaries well into the future. Keep on Jumpin Lauren
I love the humble and positive midset, particularly when she said she didn't mind taking a furlough during Covid because she was spending less anyway. Very admirable!
Lauren brings joy to many people, whether they just watch the videos and admire her amazing skill or actually go and do some rope jumping. Nothing else matters. Her contribution is 100% positive. I remember my initial impression while seeing her for the first time being just happiness, fun, and "WOW, how does she do that?" Negative comments in reaction to wonderful content indicate troubled souls. Hopefully, venting that negativity via an anonymous channel helps those poor people somehow. 🍀
I first came across your jumping rope content back on Instagram. You actually inspired me to start jump rope since I was going no where with my weight loss journey. I still have a long way to go, but I did manage to lose a few kilograms ever since I've included jump rope in my workouts. Thank you, Lauren.
This was a great Q & A with you Lauren, you are a strong woman to be able to take on this big challenge and manage the different platforms and create your content and do it day in and day out. I wish you all the success in the future, skipping is something that most people can do and it does not require much equipment to get into, and it is good for a persons health. Keep up the good work.
You are so inspirational. I put my daughters (15 and 7) onto your content and you are a great role model for them both. You are keeping fit and healthy and at the same time have a career doing something you love. That is truly the best thing that anyone could hope for. I really hope that one day my daughters (and my son) all have jobs and careers that they love.
I'm very impressed with this woman. I just tried skipping at bootcamp today: I couldn't actually quite do 50 seconds straight - it's ridiculously hard work! Clearly one would get better/more efficient with practice but she makes it look awfully easy. (And I'm not just hopelessly unfit - I've been doing bootcamp twice/week for more than a decade, but apparently I'm not much cop at skipping).
When I read your comment I thought "but, wait I did notice that she didn't". I Googled it, and now I'm glad I learned I've been using it wrong for a long time.
You seem so humble & not hung up or prideful about your appearance & talent that most people just can't accept that it's 100% authentic. You have a gift & you are a gift to the world.
Absolutely loved this Q&A this is what I was hoping for. It is a joy getting to know you. Wishing you every success. Your influence and inspiration is going to go a lot further than jump rope. Would like to see more of your workout and strength training as well.
I've followed Lauren since almost the beginning...a very smart, hardworking person who was making it anyway and built a business on a great opportunity. Well done, and good luck for more.
Impressed me from the first video I watched. Such talent and commitment. Now to see your more personal views on your endeavors is truly rewarding and inspiring. Majour respect and appreciation for your talents and heart. All the power to you.
The fact that you wear dance skins under your skirts directly points out your level of integrity and personal respect for yourself! Congratulations on your success with all your platforms and your app. You are defiantly earning it!👍
What I love about Lauren's videos is her beauty as an athlete. Strong, graceful, and so quick you can't follow her hands. She is really talented and entertaining. LAUREN I have a suggestion. You have done a few on-site video's of famous places. Blow that up with a longer performance near a famous site or city social area where you can play some music and make a good video (proper lighting) with a surprised, happy audience.. Done well, it could be a youtube sensation.
I loved you using Mae “IF” in one video. It’s now my favorite and reminds me of happy(the fun you 2 had that one day). If someone comments negatively on your body, they are just so jealous! High school behavior-some people never grow up.

Thanks Lauren for sharing all your skipping content and this Q-and-A. I picked up skipping about ten years ago after seeing Yves Larock’s “Rise up” music video - but never really took it anywhere apart from using skipping as a warmup to a run, cycle or workout using only a basic set of steps. Somehow TH-cam put your channel and the jump rope dudes in my feed and I am now enjoying learning new steps and tricks and the “unco” feeling that accompanies all this. Loving your app and the way you break down the steps and also thanks for the advice in one of your videos to stop using a wire rope to learn new skills. I bought my first beaded rope and it is so much easier 🙏🏼. I still love the wire rope for speed though 🤷♂️. I just love that I can now mix it up.

Really good show, I can’t jump don’t even want to but I can tell you both can do it well. Wish you all the best. You are now a jumping star. Happy trails, Cheers!
If you have tap dance or British Modern Dance videos it's probably super important that you show those to everybody. We need to understand what Modern Dance really is in England. "Lauren Un-roped!"
You are very beautiful, you have done a great job maintaining your health. You have found something wholesome that people enjoy. Glad you are experiencing success with something you love.
I find your skip rope amazing, fun to watch! I also watch Jump Rope Sisters! I was at the gym with my son once he grabbed a jump rope. I asked him can you jump rope. He's like duh ya. This was when he was in college. He started jumping I wasb like holy cow. He can skip rope like a boxer. I never could! Thanks for what y'all do. 🤙😄

I'm trying to convert my own response by appreciating others would like me to perform at the highest levels (even if i don't). Thank you for your honesty and your positive vibes😊
Also, how many did fit? Love the quirky end😂
Thanks for letting people know more about you. And don't ever let anyone on here hurt your feelings you are a beautiful woman inside and out
Joe Rogan tells everybody on his show, "Don't read the comments!". Troll's are just trying to ruin peoples day because they have such a negative outlook, you are a toned Goddess, ignore the trolls.
All Respects To You Lauren. I Love It That You Have So Much To Talent, As An Example For Younger Peeps To Follow.

You have unique skills that are interesting. You are you and you are great. Enjoy your success!
I love your positivity and hard work. Thanks for the inspiration!
Ignore the haters and just be happy. Most if not all are just projecting their unhappiness in themselves.
Easier said than done but ultimately true
Really good show, I can’t jump don’t even want to but I can tell you both can do it well. Wish you all the best. You are now a jumping star. Happy trails, Cheers!
I became interested in jumping about the same time as you. Did it all wrong but thanks to you I’m on the right track and having fun!
That was very informative , your viewers have so many questions so it was really nice you shared your background ! Best wishes to a great person .
I know I'm not the only who looked up what the chicken was. Looks interesting. Can't wait to see you do it, Lauren.

Lauren is definitely the G.O.A.T. Roper.........
If you have tap dance or British Modern Dance videos it's probably super important that you show those to everybody. We need to understand what Modern Dance really is in England. "Lauren Un-roped!"
Hi Lauren, You are a Great Sport Jumper. Great work 👍👍😀😀

Apps are expensive to make, content is a slog behind the scenes, you’ve done fantastically. I saw you start in lockdown and it’s been cool seeing how you’ve capitalised on your success 👏🏻
Go-to frozen yogurt toppings?? (LOVE sprinkles.) Thanks for the inspiration! I messaged you before after my spine surgery and you've been an absolute inspiration!
As a fellow health nut, nor sure if you know but jumping is THE best way to build bone density. You are beautiful inside and out
