I believe
Once upon a time, in the land of the Norse gods, was born a girl blessed with the gift of song. Properly given the name, Angelina Jordan Astar, she would listen to music every available moment, embracing the story each song told. Angelina was able to hear every note and vocal technique used in a song, then create her own version. Lovingly placing her dolls on the couch, to be her audience, she would perform concerts, honing her craft. The emotions Angelina felt from each song were deep and moving. She sang in order to have the listener feel and understand the emotions she felt.
At age 6, Angelina befriended a shoeless orphan girl about her age, who desired to become a doctor but confided in Angelina it would never happen since she had siblings who needed her to simply survive. Angelina told the orphan to never give up hope and to always pursue her dreams. Angelina took off her shoes and gave them to the orphan girl, saying the shoes no longer fit her. Sometimes a little white lie is needed. The orphan girl, so thankful for the gift, asked Angelina what she desired to be in life. Angelina said she wanted to sing for the entire world. The orphan girl, who Angelina gave the name Princess, said she would pray every day for her dream to come true. Angelina, told her, when on stage, I will always perform barefoot, to remind me of you and all the children like you who can't afford shoes or clothes.
Angelina began her on stage career at age 7 performing for her home country and went on to sing on big stages at age 13 and 17, for audiences numbering in the millions each time. With each performance she gained new fans, who Angelina calls her angels. One would think after performing for such large crowds, she would become well known among the billions around the world, but that was not the case. The world had become a very busy place, with countless ways of learning about new artists. Her angels were inspired to spread the love they felt by listening to her music and knowing her story, and did the best they could to introduce their favorite musical artist to those who had never heard of her.
Many of her angels were perplexed why the recording company who signed her, was not promoting her. The reason is unknown but apparently part of this magical tale. Angelina will be promoted when the stars are properly aligned and not before. Until that time, each angel should continue to spread the love they feel from Angelina's music and introduce new people to her.
Wow Andy.... I'd like to add, if the real world really knows what it's doing, she'll get what she deserves. I have a feeling she will be the greatest of all time one day. But you never know if all the world is ready for something so divine or if the world is ever ready. All you see is dumb music toping the charts, the only thing that keeps my hopes up is Adele. Because Adele got what she deserves and her music is not like the usual dumb music that tops the charts. So I have some hopes by that, unless Adele had to do "something" 🤔to top the charts.

She's just dropped her first EP since signing with Republic Records. It's called "Old Enough". "Don't Let Me Go" is the first song on that 6-song album. The whole EP is fire! Each song gets better and better as you go. She has a already put out an official video for the 2nd song, "Now I'm The Fool" which I recommend you take a look at next. Thank you for your reaction to this particular video of Angelina. She was 15 in this video. Beautiful music , unbelievable lyrics and then for me, the best voice that there is , Angelina. This is my favourate performance of Angelina. No crazy loud music and no twang in her voice. Just the sound of her normal voice .

Fully agree. This is her best performance for me ever. No vocal gymnastics just her singing within herself. She does not have to do more as her voice is naturally spectacular and so unique.
She brought out an EP in August, you listened to the first record but the EP has six originals and they are all absolutely outstanding. Don't miss out on them. Enjoy your reactions. Norway is a predominantly Lutheran-Christian country, they celebrate Christmas, Easter and other Christian holidays. Have to believe that Angelina follows religious beliefs though she does not reveal much in her personal life...she is very private mostly, in those regards. She has performed several "religious" songs over the years so simply speculation. Whether or not she does or doesn't practice her religion, she simply pours her heart and soul into whatever she sings so it is anybody's guess....you really cannot tell, she is simply a phenomenal artist at the highest level....Thanks to you both, love the reaction. Other than Lauen Daigle's wonderful performance of her original song....this is as good as it will ever ever be.

Angelina does a wonderful job covering this song. This song was co-penned by Lauren Daigle with songwriters Jason Ingram and Paul Mabury, whose other credits together include Cory Asbury's "Reckless Love." Daigle told Billboard how it became a song of identity for her, during a difficult time.
"'You Say' was written at a time when I felt like things were getting away from me and, honestly, I was feeling overwhelmed," she said. "This song became my anchor and my rock and it gave me truth. I hope it does the same for anyone that hears it."

This song really hit me in the guts when I heard it for the first time ever on Angelina's Christmas concert with no previous reference to it being a "Christian song". The way she presented the song and dedicated it to her fans, and with those lyrics and the passion in her performance brought on the waterworks in my eyes, and I was thinking throughout the song, and for a very long time after, "dear girl, I hope you can feel how much we all love you, because we can definitely feel your love when you sing to us"

Hello Phil and Sam Love don't let me go is the first song on her new EP that already have come out. Angelina released the new EP on the 21 Jul this year so the new music are already out and Angelina said her Album is coming out in the end of the year And she has a concert on the 22 Sept this year in Portsmouth New Hampshire where she gonna sing all her new songs. The whole EP is fire and she have 6 songs on this and there are 6 different sounds that are worth reacting to. Angelina did an amazing job with her new EP.

BTW Love Don’t Let Me Go is just one of 6 songs off her Old Enough EP that was released last month. (The song was actually released as a single prior to the EP release.) I highly recommend that you listen to the rest of the songs from the EP. All the songs EP are originals and all great. There is a video for Now I’m the Fool. The rest are audio only with a visualizer but don’t let that stop you from checking them out.
At the concert, she introduced this song by saying that she was dedicating it to all her Angel fans. I knew it was special the first time I heard it and kept listening to it over and over so long as the concert was available. I thought surely it would be released soon after the concert, but it was quite awhile before it was finally released as a single video.
You realize that ever reactor makes the same statement; "I feel that this song is perfect for her voice", and this happens with every cover AJ performs.

At the very end of the Christmas Show on December 23, 2021, (she was 15 and would turn 16 on January 10, 2022). Angelina performed "You Say", and she stated this is for my fans. I lost my breath, and I got chills, and the tears began to fall. I am an atheist, and my faith is in mankind, and the universe, the antithesis of chaos, not some mythical being. I believe the song "You Say" is referring to Angelina's Angles, those that support her in her quest. There must be a supernatural place in the universe, how else can we explain this being called Angelina Jordan. As AJ's Angels, we don't need to see the black and white to color transition, AJ has a SIGNATURE VOICE that no one on earth can duplicate.

Her first and new EP dropped about a month ago. Fabulous! Love, Don't Let Me Go! is part of the EP and another video called Now I'm The Fool. As well as the two videos she has 4 unique and quite brilliant "visualizers" .. I couldn't recommend them more. The names are Fire and Rain, All My Fault, Good in Goodbyes and DIamond. Each one totally itself and so very intriguing. I will look out for your reactions. Several reactors did the 4 visualizers in one reaction, but you can separate or join them however you like. I am obsessed. She is a wonder and a huge gift to us all. I hope you watch it sometimes soon .. I'll be looking for your reaction. You need to hear AJ sing "I'm Still Holding Out For You" the ( Leaked) version. She was 10 years old on this one and after recording it, there was discussion in the AJ family on what the song was about,,, since there was no clear result of the meaning the AJ team decided not to realize this one because they didn't want a 10 year old singing about what might be suicide,, the sing writer then ended up recording his own version and someone leaked AJs version almost the same time as Baby FuzZ reliesed his version,, Baby fuzZ liked AJs version also and did not cause any trouble about her version being on TH-cam,
She is immersed in this song because, as she stated in her introduction, this song is a tribute to her fans who, as she tells us in the song, give her strength to keep working hard to improve for us..if you re listen to the words from that perspective they are such a moving hrserfelt thank you to us. I've watched all her interviews that I have been able to come across and video clips, but I have never heard her talk about religion. I'd be interested to know on what basis you define her "very religious"? Just because she has sang some religious songs does not not make her automatically very religious.
