This Idaho ghost town stands unique in history as there were no gold discoveries or mining booms that influenced its beginnings. It had no saloons, gambling halls, or prostitution like other wild west towns yet the story of this town and its people is one of amazing feats when people unite with a vision to survive in an untamed wilderness.

I love and enjoy your videos. They are informative and interesting. Despite the hardships of the seasons and the economy people still endured. I cannot imagine living in those days but would love to have been a part of it. I used to own a small ranch in Eastern Utah, and our lives were busy most of the year. I miss that way of life. Thank you for your excellent video and historical research.

I have been to Chesterfield Idaho , they are rebuilding the town to original building it is an onsite restoration I talked to the owners of the properties, a fantastic place to visit they have guided tours from time to time from the old country store there, RWLmedia

My home town is Chesterfield in Derbyshire. I was born near the famous twisted crooked spire. The correct name of the church is Saint Mary and all saints. Nice to hear about Chesterfield Idaho.
