В апреле 2023 Димаш принял участие в юбилейном концерте Казахского национального университета искусств, которому исполнилось 25 лет. В стенах "Астана опера" эти композиции звучали по-особенному красиво. Исполнил:
"Passione" - ода жизни и любви, на итальянском. Вторую композицию (на казахском) просьба к судьбе встретить любовь - "Махаббат бер маган", Димаш исполнил по традиции вместе с залом, спустившись к зрителям.youtu.be/mFmvqfXk5

👉 For non musicians: The language of music is Italian. Adagio is an Italian word and is used in music to denote tempo, meaning: 'calm', 'slow'. In this song, adagio roughly means: If it is to be, then it will be.
The interpretation of the song by Dimash is brilliant. He touches my heart and soul ... every time.
The shaking of his head and the trembling of the chin has nothing to do with the vibrato. It just goes to show that Dimash can be a little nervous and tense too. It was about a lot. In the previous Episode 5 (Uptown Funk) he yanked everyone out of their seats but still got last place. Either he won now or he would go home. Of course, Dimash won Episode 6.
'Adagio in g minor' - today, known as one of the most popular compositions of classical music; composed of alleged fragments of Tomaso Albinoni's; in 1958, joined together by Remo Giazotto (* 4. Sept. 1910; † 26. Aug. 1998 - Italian musicologist, music critic, and composer).
Camilo Sesto wrote 1985 the original lyrics in Spanish to this piece. Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics in Italian and English. Composers Rick Allison, Dave Pickell and Lara Fabian arranged the piece into a pop song. Since then, this song has been part of Lara Fabian's repertoire.
* Lara Fabian, *1970, is a fantastic Belgian-Canadian pop singer and songwriter. She has sold over 20 million records worldwide and is one of the best-selling Belgian artists of all time. In 2017, she returned permanently to Montreal, Quebec, to be with her family.
At the age of eight she studied for 10 years at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. She is classical trained, speaks 6 languages and sings in 13 languages. Her albums have been awarded gold and platinum in the whole world.
Lara is a great role model for Dimash. Even as a child Dimash wanted to be on stage with Igor Krutoy and Lara Fabian one day ... and for Dimash the dream came true of the 65th birthday of Igor Krutoy in 2019.

It may have been a Lara Fabian song but DIMASH "killed" it. even Lara thought it was fantastic and contacted Dimash with desire to do a duet.
Adagio is an italian word, that means "Slowly".
This is also used in music to define the pace of a music (a bit slow, between lento and andante) and also as a name of a piece of a sonate, concerto or symphony that is using that specific parce.
The music from this song of Lara Fabian is a pop translation of an italian classic piece called "Albinoni's Adagio". It was written in 1958 by Remo Giazotto who was an admirer of Albinoni, a musician from the 17th/18th century. He claimed it was from him and give his music this name but there is consensus today that he most probably has composed it himself.
The classic music piece is globally famous and there were many different translations into different songs, with different music composition and different lyrics (Daniele Licari, Sarah Brightman and Sissel Kyrkjebo for instance).
But the most famous version, by far, is Lara’s version: it was translated into a pop song for her, she wrote lyrics in english and italian for it and is the original performer of this new version.
She kept the title Adagio and wrote a story with a double meaning: a woman that is awaiting to find her love / an artist that is awaiting the god of inspiration.
This song has become a classic and has been covered by many : Shirley Bassey (!!), Dimash (Lara is his absolute idol and he covered several of her songs), Floor Jansen, Polina Gagarina, Julie Anne San Jose, Giulia Falcone, Laura Bretan, Il Divo, Rimar, Vitas, Anastasia Luna, Evgenia Fanfara, , …
They made great covers but none of these match the amazing storytelling performance of Lara, or her ability to use vocal subtleties to be in sync with the music, exposed in her live from the concert From Lara with Love.

I am very pleased to see your new reaction on Dimash! It's been a long time since SOS and there are many Dimash songs to listen to. I would continue with Sinful Passion, then Across Endless Dimension, Hello, Love is Like a dream, Olympico, Stranger, Ikanaide, Ave Maria, etc... All Dimash songs are Incredible. Story of one sky must be the last one in my opinion.
¡Es difícil explicar qué emociones nos transmite Dimash, con su voz celestial! Después de escuchar a Dimash y dejar que su voz penetre hasta lo más profundo de tu alma, algo cambia dentro de ti. Es una vibra y energía diferente que no puedes entender, solo puedes sentir. Inevitablemente, un escalofrío empieza a recorrer los poros de tu piel y no puedes contener las lágrimas, que brotan de forma natural y, he aquí, empiezas a sentir tu cuerpo flotando, casi levitando, yendo a otra dimensión, en un estado de éxtasis. . Dimash no es solo voz. Es el cruce de todo. ¡Es único! Tiene un rango vocal, nunca antes visto. ¡Dios nos habla a través de él! Debemos estar felices que pertenecemos a un grupo muy selecto de personas que esta en la misma sintonía . Porque me he dado cuenta que no va en gustos musicales, en conocimiento ni en edades ni culturas ni nada de eso, va en algo más allá .Dimash nos eligió, nos dio una parte de su alma y su corazón a cada uno , pero para recibir ese regalo tenemos una condición y esa condición es dejarlo conectarse con nuestro ser a través de su música y como hay tantas personas en el mundo y su alma y corazón no podían ser para todos, eligió solo a algunos ,los más dispuestos a dejarse emocionar y atrapar por su voz. Por eso no debemos prestar atención a los que lo critican o no lo saben entender porque ellos no fueron elegidos, no les tocó su trozo de alma y corazón , se quedaron afuera , no dejaron que su luz los tocara , se quedaron en la oscuridad, una pena por ellos porque nunca sabrán el disfrute y el placer que su arte nos proporciona.
Me lleva a pensar en la voz de Dimash y el elemento terapéutico que supuestamente tiene en muchas personas. A menudo he comentado sobre la capacidad de Dimash para transmitir emociones profundas a través de su voz (incluso cuando existen barreras del idioma, Dimash parece capaz de transmitir el sentimiento vocalmente). Por los videos que he visto y los artículos que he leído, Dimash es un ser humano muy enfocado (¡obviamente talentoso!), que tiene un profundo sentido de conexión con las cosas simples de la vida: familia, fe, belleza, niños, amistades y respeto. (No digo que estas sean las únicas cosas que valora, pero parecen ser recurrentes). Dimash suele ser introspectivo, pero parece realmente una persona feliz, a pesar de algunas pérdidas bastante devastadoras en el camino. Su perspectiva me ha hecho preguntarme si es el sentido innato de conectividad de Dimash lo que le permite mantenerse positivo y también le permite ser un narrador vocal/musical tan poderoso. Un poco de alimento interesante para el pensamiento…
