It's a great place I'm from UK but my partner of many years is a Belgrade girl, so I'm 50/50 UK n 🇷🇸serbia...we're going Tornik for Xmas, skiing ⛷smaller resort but black runs too, and longest cable car in world 10km. Xmas day is 7th January. Other resort for skiing is Tara Mountain. I assume you're a westerner, you'll be amazed how cheap it is. I'd never go n pay silly alps price again.
This seems to be a very lovely place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Hi! Awesome video! I'm going to Serbia on 24th Dec this year (2022). I have a lot of questions. 1. What's the name of the cottage in Kopaonik? How early did you book it before you went there? Did you stay there overnight? 2. How early did you book the rented car before going to Serbia? Also, did you have trouble driving on snowy roads? 3. If I don't book a taxi or guided tour to Kopaonik before going to Serbia, will I be able to book it after landing in Belgrade?
Hi there I have you video so many times and it's so good but can't find the place to eat the trdelnik or chimney cake, and the local shopping market, can you plz guide mr
It's a hot summer in Belgrade, I spend 50/50 time there, my gf is Serbian. It's a cold winter in the rural areas, a few ski resorts, I. Skiing Xmas day. But m Belgrade the city has a microclimate, whilst its minus in rural parts, it's usually about 8c warmer in Belgrade, still cold but better
700 Siberian dinars???... My god girl, you ware in Serbia Europe, not Siberia which is northern part of Russia. Lol... But OK, people got confused about it a lot, you're not the only one. Anyway, am glad that you liked my country. Come back again, BTW summer is great in Serbia.
OMG! 😂 I didn't realise I said Siberian haha oops! But yes I loved Serbia 💕 amazing people with good ambience, hoping to visit in the summer soon. Thanks for watching Ogi!
It's a beautiful nation /people, maybe I'm bias, my partner of many years lives in Belgrade, she's Serbian, we're heading Tornik Xmas new year. And yes summer is cool we go Ada or zemun for a meal. She lives facing hilton by trg slavija.
Hi. Just stumbled upon your channel while trying to figure our Serbian vacation in June this year. Quick questions : 1. Any Covid restrictions you faced? 2. Saw you driving on your own, did you rent a self drive vehicle? Was it easy doing that? 3. Would you recommend Serbia as a vacation destination? 4. Any cities that you missed or would have wanted to include in your travel? Thanking you in anticipation
We rented a car at the Belgrade airport arrival area. There’s many car rental companies as you exit the airport. We chose UniRent as they had good prices!
There's no need I use a travel firm minibus called Terra travel, they collect at your door and take you. Belgrade to Budapest Hungary 🇭🇺 is 4 hour drive, only costs 60€ return ticket. So better getting around you can relax.
Serbia for skiing is on the bottom of Europe. Much for the all of tourist activities. You should go back to Europe when the covid 19 is over and enjoy some better places.
Kopaonik is one of the better and most developed ski resorts in the balkans, as well as being 10x cheaper then its alternatives in the alps. Not sure where you are from but you need to calm your superiority complex and enjoy yourself a little bit! Just like this girl and her family enjoyed Serbia xx
@@vickoslavkovic2593 My long term gf is from Belgrade, I spend 50% time there, 50% Liverpool, It's a beautiful country and people The skiing is fine, not big but the alps is complete chaos skiing in winter. And the value is a major attraction to western Europe, as alpine nations 3x more expensive. Mokra Gora, Tara, Zlatibor, Ovka gabla, Fruška Gora, Novi Sad, Vrnjacka banja, been together 7 years, so not much I haven't seen, Iwas there last week. For a small nation it matches anywhere not forgetting the historical Danube and Belgrade
Nice video, I'm glad you and your family enjoyed in Serbia! Cheers :)
