- Hello Everybody Today Id Like to Showcase Why Zweihander is still the better weapon in terms of max potential even though bardiche damage is super high it does not compare to the utility of faster swings extra range that zweihander has and head to head the bardiche player can easily be out spaced by a good zweihander player. if you are talking about one of the first few matches, he had no perks/abilities.
What i've noticed, the adventurer boots with slight ms bonus is just better than those boots you are wearing (more armor, more dex)
yup because you can stack dex, armor, and health with other pieces. Can't get movement speed on anything besides boots
there is some unbelievable timmy slaying in the sub 25s believe it or not. ive been going into them learning to do wyvern on bard and you just run into people who are straight up in there to stroke there egos against timmies, they will chase you through hoards of pve talking shit in voip the entire time. it is utterly pathetic, I usually just go in, hide, and avoid people cuz i really dont wanna kill these timmies, its not unnormal to be sitting in a sub 25 and see the entire lobby killed by pve in the first 3 minutes of a game, ive even watched blizzard get a quad kill before. most people in there really dont know what their doing. that being said it is majorly timmies so it definitely not good pvp. when I am forced to fight an over aggressive timmy it usually ends with me killing them when I started the fight half health, unbuffed, and in pure melee. the people telling you sub 25s are good pvp are the timmy smashers im talking about.
Zwei has better reach than bardiche on the first attack of the bardiche atleast but base dmg says all

It's a preference thing afaik, he's played with pen on almost any game he can do so on

I also feel like since bardiche is so common in the meta most ppl know how to fight vs it now. A lot of ppl still struggle vs zwei

Can you explain your in combat movements, looks like you having 100% ms moving backwards with 30-35 degree angle. How it works ?
he looks away and holds right or left becuase those dont decrease move speed unlike holding backwards

Better range than bardiche. But harder to swing in closed spaces. Zweihander takes a little bit of practice, and learning a bit of accelerating attacks by moving camera left or right when you attack
Another benefit of zwei is the much larger sweet spot compared to bardiche. The range is the main thing though imo. But I will also say that the range advantage is small enough to where it is hard to make effective use of the difference compared to other two handed weapons. With skill, even a small range advantage can be the difference between getting hit or not though which is huge.
It's really not, bardiche is objectively the best weapon overall for barb atm. Big sword is just pete's primary weapon in all games, regardless of it's power. You have to work significantly harder with zweihander to win a fight than bardiche. The only downside of bardiche is a weaker sour spot, but you lose any matchups if you let the enemy hug you. Spacing is the only way either of these win matchups. If the damage on zwei wasn't so incredibly low this would be a different story, but here we are.

Close to max prolly he doesn’t wear chest or head armor usually so probably about 320ish not that hard to hit with copper light gear
@@Emperor_Diplex i know but even that seems too slow for what he is able to do ingame, i run close to same stuff and i hit 322-326 and it doesnt look or feel as fast as it seems to be in the videos, also his achilles and blood exchange combo just works way better for him than for me, idk if its buff duration or something im missing but it just seems a but odd , not accusing or anything i just wonder why i cant replicate it to that extend
Bro I feel the same way. I just watch and scratch my head. I'm a newer player I've chalked it up as great spacing and knowing when to use weapon. He doesn't seem to miss a beat putting away weapon hitting with a torch. In doing so make it's near perfect gameplay. @@yukorono8467
He uses jumps to 'bunny hop' and move further distances whilst attacking and backstepping. Pretty much all experienced players use this strategy.
He's also using his leech ability with achilles strike to get the doubled up healing. He heals for each tick the achilles does damage plus his own attacks. Heals fast.
