Here's a trick when editing samples, you are less likely to hear ticks at the zero points of the waveform, so where the waveform intersects that line in the middle of the wave form called the "zero point"
5:37 zero crossing point cut is very important if layering samples. Just wanted to say. You cutted on zero crossing point. Same thing when choosing looping points, Thx for tut.
was wondering how u put the samples mostly vocals or a break at certain points of the beats i made.its a techno project..so just say i want it on 50 seconds.then 60 seconds etc.when i load a sample it actually takes the beats away .they dont play.and i think its like saving 2 clip mode if that makes sence.novis here..i record my vinyl then use audacity to do the edeting..
hello, what do the xfade does? using the loop mode gives the 808 that woobly sound, didnt know about that, would be cool for a tutorial idea to explore or explain more in depth the sample functions inside maschine, keep up the good tutorial man!
Yes, i create mix and mastered all in the Maschine. Clips update has helped arranging songs faster. The only time i do not use Maschine is when mixing and mastering client work.
Drink a shot for every “Go ahead”
haha Nice !
@@FizzENT Still premium content though. Well done. Are you available for one on one coaching online?
Ha-I was literally counting them before I noticed your comment.

Nice pro tip !
Indeed. Zero-crossing eliminates the click.
literally screaming this at my computer while I watch
The Maschine Goat 🐐
Thank you!
Oooh, that Guitar Rig tuning trick is what's up.
Definitely 💯
@@FizzENT Like the video. Can i use a maschine 808 kick and does this formula also work on the mikro? Thanks.
where did u get the 2tall 808's from? I'm new to maschine and i only have a 808 1-10 and 808x 1-10 help!
I've collected sounds over the years, its from an old Zaytoven kit
Can this be done when I do it standalone?
Yes

Great advice ! Whenever i'm off that crossfade comes in handy !
THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. HERE IN 2022.
🏆
can a key finder help you tune 808 or does it have to be guitar rig ?
It might help but guitar rig would probably be your best bet as it comes with the Maschine software
click should be inaudible when you cut on zero crossing point, right?
Yes that is the goal !

Yes, the xfade aka (Crossfade) increases the fade in and fade out of the start and end points of the loop, that way the loop will be smoother.
just wondering you should duplicate 808 when saturate etc. so you preserve low end clean sub?
You can, but you might run the risk of phase and comb filtering issues and might be harder to deal with in a workstation like Maschine
Thank You!
You're welcome!
how do you cut your 808s short? i tried the ghost noting and it doesnt do the mute id expect it too like as in maschine 1
Adjust the Decay Sustain and Release parameters under Pitch/Envelope, make sure the type is set to ADSR instead of one-shot
@@FizzENT awesome thank you so much!!!
I'm always up for learning and watching your videos but finding a better 808 sample would prevent all the extra work you just did here
Thats they key ! Thank you for tuning in !
Very helpful thanks!
Absolutely ! Thanks for tuning in !
How can I get the track stems to one of your older beats?
Email fizzent@gmail.com Let us know which one
Do you create, mix and master all in Maschine? If not, why not?

cut it at the zero crossing point to kill that click sound
Yes that works too !
GOLD!
Most Definitely !
good tut bro.
Appreciate it!

😂
Very complex😥

✅ @youngfizz
💯
So I have to do this for every 808
Every 808 that you would like to make seamless !
You really dont know wtf your doing!!!
Ok, educate me
Dude, he knows exactly what to do. 15+ years of experience and I do it the same way (almost)!
That's alot of steps
It become second nature when you modify them enough times !
