Chuck Schuldiner is one of the greatest, and he's got a really high voice. You could prolly practice at his range and people would dig it. I never learned how to do those kinda vocals xD Not easy, but it I dig the high growl/screams.

Death is like the Rush for death metal. I hesitate to even call them death metal per se, but how can you not when the band's name is Death? Early stuff? Try Pull the Plug off the Leprosy album. If you like that, Crystal Mountain from Symbolic is easy to get into. If you love the hell out of them, like I do, then jump in with both feet and take a deep album dive. Human or The Sound of Perseverance (the last one they made...). Chuck Schuldiner's whole life story and tragic early death by disease are worthy of a biopic for sure.

I use them for practice when I actually go out and sing. -to all those hurting their throats with the scream, I highly recommend the Zen of Screaming. To get a good starting point and how it should feel, try the cat “Merow” that people say while making a clawing motion to imply cattiness behaviour. That’s the foundation of the screams. It doesn’t hurt the throat. Practice changing pitch, notes, volume.
Go for it. Myself and others have been using them for singing livestreams for months now :) Only restrictions really are ones the platform you're streaming to puts on. ... So for example; if you're streaming on youtube, you can only sing songs that regular users are able to upload. So Slipknot and the vast majority of bands are good to go! Just a few that aren't; The Beatles, Hendrix etc. That's why you can't find those artists on my channel yet.
Depends on the track. For a start, everything I posted up until May 2020 was posted in 240p. It was a dumb oversight on my part... so the video itself is crisper. That's only relevant to TH-cam though. If you're using the CDGs then the resolution is the same as it always was. For tracks originally posted from Feb 2020 to May 2020 this is the only change, aside from the added CC Karaoke at the start of the video. For tracks originally posted between March 2019 and Feb 2020 I also added per syllable drawing. The originals drew entire words at the same speed regardless of if each syllable was held for a different length of time. Now if the second syllable of a word is held twice as long as the first, it will daw that second syllable specifically when it is supposed to be sung. For these tracks I also added three dots (or two for shorter durations and four for longer ones) to the end of words that are held for long durations. This should help key singers in on when there's a long note in a song. For all tracks originally posted around March 2019 back to 2017, I completely remade the video from scratch bringing it to my current standards. I also remixed the audio on any track posted at any time if current technology would allow me to better the mix with more or less backing vocals or removing vocal bleed.

I'm a girl so it's hard to sing in a grudgey deep voice with me but I do find on the lighter parts.
