To answer your question about people not joining vc anymore it's because people either don't want to be yelled at or made fun of, or they don't want to get banned for literally saying anything that's remotely negative towards a teammate, enemy, or anything related to the game. Blizzard will ban you for anything these days

Yeah and imagine you had a long shift at work you wanna jump on (any game really) and you join the vc and lose a fight and then start getting flamed by your teammates bc you just got on.
