If you are sure you set it up correctly move it to the buttom of the plugin list and try again. Sometimes is fixes issues (but might course new ones, if there really is an issue between two plugins...) Do you have other plugins in your project? It could always be an issue caused by this one not working well with another one. Try turning off the other ones and see if this one starts working, if so it's a compatibility issue. You can start turning on the others one by one and see which one is causing the problem and decide which plugin you value more.
