Would you consider building a suit for a customer. ?
Potentially, but I’ve yet to come across a potential buyer who was interested in waiting 6 months and pay 20K for a suit.
Why not make exoskeleton 3d printed too like iron man then make the suit cover and place it on top of the exoskeleton
Try to make it as accurate as possible
Many have tried, but nobody has succeeded yet. The only way to make an exoskeleton work is to make it in proper materials like metal, and even then it’s over-engineered. Since it serves as a structural element, 3D printing the exoskeleton eventually leads to it breaking, and it’s extraordinary difficult to repair.
