Awesome machine! Please always fully tighten your collet though. Besides moving downwards during a cut it can also become a projectile especially at high spindle speeds.

      I will remember that. Thanks!

=DDD

It must have been satisfying (after your adrenaline levels returned to normal) to find that when you crashed the Y carriage, the 3D printed bearing block did not break.

CNC Router, in addition to being professional, is also fun. But, there are woods that do not behave well with milling cutters, such as, perhaps, pine, which is very soft.

I just commented on your first video cuz i didn't see the other two. It looks like it's cutting very well. It'd be great to see better bits, maybe even a bigger bit and some different materials. You know, everybody wants to see you try to machine aluminum. I have to admit, I'm awfully curious myself

That is also something i am eager to do. I will probably do that in the next week but the video might take a bit.

Your wonderful machine is much too clean and new looking! I would be afraid to use it. :o)
Time to let it get some dirt under its fingernails, so it can learn what it can do.
Thanks for the videos. Liked & Subscribed.

not sure if it's the video, but the spindle seems to spin the wrong way!

That's just the video. It probably has something to do with the recording speed of the camera.

? Merci !

Both Thingiverse and Thangs should have a "Parts" document. It should contain all the parts you need.
